Lani builders manage to fit me in close to Xmas and even worked through weekends to meet deadlines , the time & quality was there. Installed 2x 4m steels , left the site clean from start to finish and also helped out with design queries and any extra work very professionally I have to say some of the quickest and best quality brickwork I’ve seen Definitely recommend Birmingham, Shirley.

Contacted Lani’s builders on Saturday for my extension and dormer roof, he came and quoted me on the same day which was very fair and at a reasonable price. He started the job on time and was always on time during the process. He’s quality is unbeatable and he took his time to explain the process of the work. Also, he made sure that I was always happy with what he was doing, bringing a brilliant finish. I couldn’t be anymore happier, it was the best decision for choosing Lani’s builders. Way beyond my expectations. I needed to do an extension, and these guys were so clear and straightforward. Lani was super helpful in choosing finishes and materials, and explaining how different options affect total pricing. They met my deadlines, even finishing earlier. Asked for a quote, spent 20 minutes on the phone, said they would get back to me with a quote but never did. Absolute waste of time, never ask them for a quote as you won't get one, unless you continously chase them. Perhaps that is their tactic, see how desperate you are so they can rip you off and overcharge you.

Lani did a fantastic job. He is responsive, reliable, takes pride in his work, neat and tidy and took time to do a good job. I don't think I could have found a more suitable person for the job. Super pleased with the work done.
