We recently had a permanent ramp fitted to both the front and rear of our house, and we couldn’t be happier with the work. From start to finish, the service was excellent. The attention to detail, quality of the finish, and the way everything blends into the garden and surroundings shows real craftsmanship.

Nothing was too much trouble, and it was clear he took great pride in getting everything just right. The ramps are solid, safe, and have made a real difference to our day-to-day life.

For the last 12 months Josh and the team have maintained my elderly mother’s garden and have always been reliable , polite, respectful, sensibly priced and very fair. If they finish the lawns early they always look for other jobs to do in the time allotted and paid for such as weeding and trimming of bushes etc . They have also done annual maintenance on the trees and her drive cleaning , all to a high standard . Thank you Josh , Bernard and team .

Fantastic work by Josh and the team to removed existing slabs and turf, lay new stone slab patio, planted borders and gravelled area. Polite, friendly and hard-working from start to finish. Highly recommended.

We had turf laid in our previously paved garden. He fit us in within 3 weeks of our first consultation and did an excellent job. He sourced us turf for cheaper than we’d found it independently and overall charged us hundreds of pounds less than other landscaping businesses quoted us. He and his team did the rotavating, topsoil laying, and turf installation all in the same day. Three weeks later, the lawn in our back garden is looking like it’s always been there, and we couldn’t be happier with the quality or the service. 10/10 would recommend J Kelly.

Delighted with how our garden has turned out. FB & Sons did a great job with the design, turning the blank canvass left by the developers into a great place to sit out and chill or host friends. The team were really professional and friendly and left everything clean and tidy. Its a few weeks since they finished and the plants are now settling in well and flowering adding some life and colour to the garden.

The team of Darryl, Ben, Hannah and Miles were on site for four days and were efficient, considerate and so hard-working. They ensured my apartment, and communal areas, were well protected and always cleaned up after themselves.

Darryl was innovative in finding a bespoke solution for securing my fence panels to ensure they were sturdy, but also looked good..

The team made sure I was happy with progress through each stage and discussed any minor queries as they went along.

Well what can we say, we first met Daryl and Marc in August 21 to discuss our needs and due to their workload we decided to postpone our garden makeover till March 22. Throughout the week, we found the whole team very professional and hardworking, nothing was too much trouble and there was a good rapport between themselves and us, including the most important one, our cocker spaniel! Although we had agreed on a plan, the team were happy to adjust this when we changed our minds. Throughout the experience the team were on hand to answer any queries and gave sound advice including any difference in price, so there were no unexpected costs at the end. The payment system used “Freshbooks” made it a safe and easy way to pay online. We would highly recommend Daryl and the team and have already planned our next work. All we need now is a money tree which unfortunately they were unable to supply!

We have just had a new 60m porcelain patio installed by Flowers. It looks amazing. It was a big job which included clearing, tree removal as well as the patio base and tile installation. The work was done promptly and to the spec. The team was punctual, polite, professional and it was all performed with consideration to us and the neighbours. When we wanted to talk about small details and changes this was done. Everything was cleared up and made good after the work, including the drive being jet washed. We are so happy with the result and I’d recommend them to anyone. In fact my next door neighbour who was really impressed by Flowers during this job, is now having work done by them. Thanks to the whole team, we are really happy we chose Flowers.

We asked Green Gardeners to instal a hedge at our property. They were very professional, friendly and polite. Their price was good value and we are very pleased with their work.

We have been using Simon and his team for a number of years now. They are a very friendly, reliable and give a professional service – they are there in all weathers and are a very hard working team. We have been using for general maintenance – mowing, weeding, removing leaves, adding new plants, and changing layouts within the garden and recently used them for gutter cleaning which was a very professional and clean service. Highly recommend.

Simon and his team of Mark and Jon have been caring for our garden for over 2 years now and keep it beautifully for us to enjoy. They work very hard, and do all sorts- plant care, mulching, clearing leaves, weeding and pruning, digging. Easy to get in touch and always helpful and reliable. We highly recommend them.

Simon and his entire team have been doing work for us for years. They have expert knowledge of gardening so when I asked them to do an entire winter clean up of the garden they kept the plants I wanted, and were able to give me great advice about maintenance and plants. They were so quick at their work and the garden was transformed. They are very reasonable price wise and flexible about what service they provide. We love our new garden from Dan and the team at Sticks & Stones! Despite some issues out of their control, the team got the job done quickly and for a really reasonable price. Dan and the team were always friendly and professional in their communication with us. We had our whole garden transformed with new patios and artificial grass and we’re really happy with the finished result. Would highly recommend. Have included a before photo to show what they had to work with!

I’m sorry to have to be writing this, because in the beginning I really liked Dan and he gave us a good and reasonable quote for our back garden. Although he wasn’t the cheapest, he was the most friendly and seemed completely trustworthy, so myself and my husband decided to go with his company. We agreed to have paving slabs instead of grass, some fake turf at the back and front of our house and the decking was to be restored and varnished with our front door steps repaired all in with the price! The boys came to do the job, however didn’t have chance to finish it before the weekend. This was last October!! Stupidly by myself (which I will never do again!) I felt bad when the lads told me they needed to be paid before the weekend, so I trustingly transferred the money, never thinking for a second that we would be let down. Fast forward a year and a dozen emails sent to get the job finished, it never happened! Dan eventually came himself last week to varnish the decking but still did not complete the job and now does not remember what colour varnish he used so we are unable to complete it ourselves. Lesson learnt, never pay up until a job is finished! I will not be recommending Dan and his boys to anyone, and it’s shameful that they took advantage of our nice nature and made us have to write this review.

Dan was brilliant and very patient in helping me plan the garden update – he gave a lot of his time – and also all the way through the build. The team were very hardworking, very friendly (and funny), tidied up every day after themselves and the overall cost was extremely reasonable. They also pay attention to detail and it’s clear that they take pride in their work. Very happy with my garden landscaping result. I hope to use them again for my front garden revamp next year. Dan was very responsive and has been an absolute joy to work with. He was on time for the quote and shared back a detail breakdown and a 3D design for our reference – all free of charge!

The team was professional, friendly and we simply could not ask for more. They even worked through rainy days, came all the way just to drop off some samples, for that we’re deeply grateful, especially when the ground has been a mess for too long.

Recently had a complete garden makeover done with Dan and the guys at Sticks and Stones. The transformation is unbelievable and the photo’s definitely prove that. Dan was always extremely contactable, prompt to reply and extremely reasonable with quotes for the work. Throughout the process they guys worked incredibly quickly to get the job done in only a few days and to a really high standard. With all projects there are always hiccups but Dan was honest and accountable and always seemed to be trustworthy which is a big thing. I couldn’t recommend these guys highly enough for any work that needs doing and would happily suggest them to friends and family and will be first in line for any future work.

If I could give this so called company less than a 1 star I would. We had “work” carried out by Dan (I say Dan but he rarely turned up) and his workers. Dan was supposedly a friend however what Dan has done I don’t think you’d treat an enemy like it never mind a friend! Anyway so work was discussed and quote agreed. They were late starting the job, was supposed to only take 2 weeks but nearly 2 months on absolutely destroyed our garden rendering it completely unusable. Various issues and dodgy workmanship, Dan agreed to the problems and promised to come back on the Monday to sort it. 2 years later and still waiting for him to show up! Have asked him repeatedly for money back for the state he’s left the garden in to be told he doesn’t have any money. £400 for a bricklayer who never turned up. £3.5k for slabs that he swore he paid for yet when I rang the company no such thing, only paid for a few to start the job! Never answers his phone or texts the list is endless.will give u a sob story of he needs to pay the lads don’t fall for it! They turned up as and when they felt like it and worked a few hours which is why a 2 week job turned into 2 months!!

Please people don’t part with your hard earned money, or if u do don’t do it till the jobs finished! Absolute cowboys! Oh and they have no assets either so pointless trying to take them to small claims court!

Daniel went above and beyond to get the job done perfectly. As you can see in the pictures he was able to tame a completely overgrown garden. This job was done under a time constraint and they delivered perfectly. I will definitely use this business for future gardening jobs.

I had never used any gardening services before and didn’t know what to expect. My garden was looking like a jungle really out of control with thorns and brambles coming from everywhere. Clusters of nettles all over, it was awful and obviously kept growing I was starting to panic more and more about never getting it under control. I had a toddler who was eagerly waiting to use it. I rang a few numbers on Google and still wasn’t really getting any clear answers on the service that could be provided. Then I rang Anthony, he came out really quickly to take a look and gave me a really good price. He was really professional and explained everything in detail to me. Anthony done an absolutely fantastic job and made the garden look amazing with no thorns anywhere. I had full confidence that it was now safe for my little toddler to explore in it. Anthony and his team have been taking care of my gardens now for 2 years and I don’t have to worry about anything to do with gardening. They turn up when they say and my gardens look fabulous all year round. My little lad loves going wild in the garden and I’m really glad I found Anthony. I have been with Genuine Gardeners for past year and I am very pleased with work carried out.I also use them for my mom and they have been very patient and understanding with her, as she has Alzheimer’s dies ease and she is unable to remember her gardener but Luke as well as JJ talked to her and put her at ease.
I have also had my gutters cleaned out this week and was impressed by how Luke managed to get pipes all along my property with ease.

Sam did a wonderful job with his gardening service, and I’ll certainly be booking again in the future!

They do a great job maintaining our garden. I was unable to look after it during the summer due to a broken leg but Sam and his team stepped in and transformed the garden. So much so that we will continue to use them to maintain the garden over the coming years.

I’m very dissatisfied with the service generally. The promised repair work on the wall he damaged is still unfinished. Sam hasn’t kept his promises, on many occasions causing much frustration and inconvenience.

Used Sam from Proud and professional, and the service was not at all professional or to any standard of quality. He gets in different contractors to do the work and poorly projects manages them. The first team who turned up didnt know what they were supposed to do. Sam was extremely rude and was very offensive, lots of swearing, to my mom when she questioned him

I recently completed a two-week trial at Bennett Landscape, and although I ultimately decided not to continue due to the long hours and the physical demands of the job, I want to express my deep appreciation for the experience I had with this company.

Bennett Landscape is a well-organized and supportive workplace where the team truly cares for one another. From day one, I felt completely accepted and valued as part of the team. The work environment is amazing, with every worker eager to help each other, creating a strong sense of camaraderie. It was clear that everyone is committed to doing their best, not just for the company, but for each other.

One of the highlights of my time there was the Friday barbecue that the company organized for all the staff in the yard. It was a wonderful way to unwind and connect with colleagues, reflecting the friendly and inclusive culture at Bennett Landscape.

Working outside in gardens is something I am passionate about, and Bennett Landscape offered me a fantastic opportunity with their apprenticeship program, allowing me to work four days a week and study one day at college. However, as a single mother, I found it challenging to balance the long working hours with my family life. Additionally, the tools used in the job were quite heavy, and the vibrations affected my hands, making me realize that this specific type of landscaping wasn’t the best fit for me.

I want to give a special mention to my colleagues, Chris and Andrew, who were incredibly helpful, respectful, and just all-around wonderful people. Leaving was a difficult decision, and I felt a deep sadness when I said goodbye to such a great team.

Awful work, just go over and over things to waste time, have 2hr lunch breaks, use poison in public places where dogs are walked and cats live, just because they can’t be bothered to weed properly.
Definitely avoid, won’t get your moneys worth at all.

NOT sure if anyone knows how to cut a hedge here!! Our surroundings look like an uncared for jungle!!! Grass cutting seems to be the only thing they’re remotely capable of ( thats if you don’t mind your grass looking like a bad haircut!!) avoid this company, like it is contagious!!!

Absolutely abysmal! Never finish the job. Scrimp on time. Leave cuttings from trimmed shrubs where they fall! Blow grass cuttings all over the car park instead of raking them up. Allow weeds to proliferate. A blind quadriplegic could manage the site with higher standards! Avoid!
