Best trade man we have ever had. Very friendly, hard working, honest, experienced. He is great for the big and small jobs. Does quality work and a very reasonable price. Can’t fault. Had new flooring for my rental property and Mike and his son even did some extra jobs to make the place look great. Super happy. Can’t fault. Will use again. Highly recommend. 5 stars.

Mike has done work for us over many years following a recommendation from a neighbour. He has always arrived promptly, kept us informed of the scope of work, done a great job and cleaned up afterwards. My wife and I more than satisfied with the bedroom decoration/renovation work, completed today. Mike, and his son, transformed a dowdy bedroom, in 3 days, as promised. The work included stripping the walls and re-papering, installing new architraves, adapting existing architraves and skirting boards, painting all timber work, the door and ceiling. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Bushbury Property Maintenance for the quality, and efficiency, of the work described above.

Mike did an amazing job building a cupboard in our livingroom, turned up when he said and was very polite!! Will definately be using him again.
