Wonderful experience.went there 28th April 2025.What first struck me is how clean the launderette was,not just the floors but the machines as well,they have got to be the cleanest I have used in a long time.You can tell that the owner Pablo takes pride in his business.Pablo himself was extremely pleasant and assisted me to ensure I got the best wash for my clothes.Would highly recommend anyone visiting Birmingham to pay a visit.Not forgetting the photos of celebrities on his wall will keep you entertained while you wait.

I need a laundromat that opens on Sunday. Pablo was super nice and helpful. And apparently, lots of famous people has came here as well. I didn’t have enough cash on me so he started the machines for me that way I can go to the ATM to pull out cash and save some time. (The ATM is just a door down). He provided the detergent and was super friendly. I would totally come again.

The price is super reasonable as well. £5 for the washer and £1 per 8 minutes for the dryer.

Briefly met Pablo himself when entering the laundrette, but there was a VERY rude lady who worked there rude to myself and my mom anyway. Quite clearly didn’t like us from the moment we entered. Loading the machine with our drying and she was talking down to us with so much attitude until me denying her service and walking out. Never again, maybe she didn’t like our faces or had a bad day but we wasn’t welcome.

Excellent service. Very friendly above all the machines are very sufficient and super clean the garments. First time visit and I am pleased. If the washing machine broke I know where to come next.

Amazing customer service. The lady always helps me whenever use them. The dry cleaning is amazing she communicates really well and looks after her customers. I’ve used them a few times and I won’t go anywhere else. They’re quick efficient and really good.

Believe it or not this jacket was practically black. I never do reviews but i was extremely impressed and happy with the work that was done. These guys know what they are doing so any designer jackets that need cleaning this is the place, you not going to find a cheaper and better place trust me!

Highly recommend washways. Two double duvets washed to perfection and dried beautifully. No stress, just popped in and they do everything for you and call you when it’s ready. Friendly, reliable and quick service. Thank you for getting them done so quickly really appreciate it.

came to this launderette after my washing machine breaking down and as i’ve never been to one before so i was nervous. had read online that you should bring change. had loads of washing to do and the lovely lady made me feel so comfortable and helped me along the way (i didn’t get her name:( ) but she explained everything so well and the prices were great and i also felt so bad having paid in all change as thats all i brought but they take cash and card! will definitely be coming back here again should i need to visit a launderette. would 100% recommend this place 10/10

Best dry cleaners in Birmingham I use these lads for all my jackets the north face ,Canada Goose and other brands and they always come out like new highly recommend and personally vouched for them see results in pictures

I came because they have XL machines both wash and dry .
I used my dip laundry sheets no problem.
Payments are contactless so convenient.

Great easy experience. Haven’t used this launderette for at least 7 years & wow, what a change. Have been using the Revolution laundromats to wash a duvet costing £19 & the risk of encountering homeless people waiting to steal your wet laundry.
Beauchamp feels safe, well lit and clean & cost £7.50 to wash my duvet.
Info below are things I wish was readily available before going.
As of August 2025.
– Open between 6:30am – 10:30pm (last wash at 9pm, doors locked at 11pm)
– Laundry was unmanned when I went at 7am, but there are numbers to call if you have an issue, not sure if there are manned times.
– 7.5kg machine (small load) – £5
– 10.5kg machine (medium load) – £6
– 18kg machine (large load) – £10
– Nowhere to get change. I recall the cornershop man was very annoyed giving change the last time I asked 7 years ago, so, I took lots of £1 coins with me.
– 30 degree/delicate wash takes 30mins approx
– 60 degree wash takes 38mins approx
– Dryer for £1 gives 6mins (I put in £1.50 for 9 mins on high heat, duvet was dry, bit cold in places but not damp. Took home to finish off on the line)
– Cashpoint outside charges £1.75 for withdrawals (which I’m sure is illegal now IDK)
Will definitely be coming back, felt safe & secure knowing me & my laundry were safe.

Majority of the comments are justifiably 5stars. I used come here about 6 years ago and it was a good place then. Now it’s even better, modern machines clean surroundings what’s not to like? The guy that manages it seems unapproachable but he is quite a nice person. I approve

Got an issue at home so I had to find a last minute solution and we found this laundry service still open. Alex explained to us how it works as was the first time. Machines works fine and the price was very convenient. I had £10 and he gave to me the changes with no issue.
Even if was late I felt safe inside the shop. Alex was very kind, definitely go there if you need the service.

Extremely pleasant and professional services without any fuss. Have been using it for 3 months and can not fault them at all. Do take coins beforehand as I struggle the first time to find change for machines. It would be great if card payments were introduced at the laundry service. Rest i can’t fault and highly recommend

My today’s experience is as follows : Second visit to this Laundrette ~ As soon as one Steps inside – is Bright very Clean and inviting place. There are 10 industrial Big Washing Machines in. Row and on the opposite side there are 8 huge dryers with Seating areas. Most of the machines are almost New. It’s a Self Service coin operated Laundry.

It opens at 7.00am To 10pm everyday
It busy on Sunday’s & last wash is 8.30pm

There is a built in office of the owner who are very helpful. I recommend this Laundrette to everyone.

Immaculate laundry shop. I couldn’t see anyone in the office so I went next door to get some change (not sure if they provide change to be honest).

It’s so clean! and my clothes haven’t been damaged. 10/10 and the gentleman there that was cleaning was kind.

I visited yesterday to wash a few bulky items and the owner was really helpful and polite. The price was reasonable and the service was excellent. I would definitely recommend this laundry to anyone requiring such services in the future

My washing machine is out of order at the moment and I have had to use Park laundry a few times. I must say the service provided is professional and efficient. The clothes are cleaned, dried and folded to a high standard. The owner is polite and pleasant. May Allah most High continue to put barakah in your business. Aameen.

I recently visited ‘Park Laundry’ for the first time and had an excellent experience.
Mr. Abdul, went above and beyond to assist me throughout the entire process. He was incredibly helpful and genuinely cares about his customers. Not only did he ensure that everything went smoothly with customers laundry, but he also took the time to check in on other customers and provide assistance where needed.
I was impressed by his dedication and positive energy towards his business. It’s clear that he takes pride in providing exceptional service.
I will definitely be returning to ‘Park Laundry’ in the future.

What can I say? It’s a launderette and you wash/dry your clothes and perhaps use the dry cleaning services.

I’ve known the various owners since a little boy growing up in the area and they have all been fantastic.

The current man that works there is a really nice and friendly guy. He is really helpful and gives you all options rather than just taking your money.

I was in other laundry verbildest before who wouldn’t wash my kids’ big cuddly animals. Here it was no problem. Very kind and helpful staff. Reasonable prices, very happy!

Very good laundrette nice and clean, organised. The man who owns it is very humble, kind, helpful family man. Always use this laundrette when I need to. Amazing service. Definitely would 100% recommend to anyone around the area.

Really good service, clean and pleasant. The staff member was lovely and didn’t try to rip us off and even have recommendations for better prices more suited to us. Took a duvet which actually came back fresh and clean meaning the drum of the machine was actually clean too.

A convenient service in a convenient area. There is parking outside. It is cash only so don’t forget your coins the wash was quite quick, approx 35 mins. Drying is obviously a bit longer and more expensive depending on what you put in.

This place is open until 9 pm. This place have 4 little machine which is 7 kg, and 4 middle machine which is 10 kg and 2 big machine which is 18 kg washing machine. They have enough drying machine, you can find all prices on machines but not on dryings. 1 £ is for 6 minutes in drying machines. I used them 30 minutes and my stuffs all dry. I recommend you to go with your own detergent and coins. There is no detergent vending machine, but there is a gas station nearby for coins. There is a parking area in front of the door. Actually, this place is generally clean, tidy and not so crowded. I’m satifed for their services.

Nice clean and smells nice open 6am to 9pm 7 days a week. Please take your own washing powder and plenty of change, the machines don’t take 5p and 10p coins. The washing machine’s are easy to use

Please note, you will need to bring your own laundry powder/liquid and fabric conditioner, as these are not sold and dispensed here.

I used this facility because I was desperate at 6:30pm. Unfortunately, there are no clear instructions(no website) indicating that this was a change only establishment, so I called the number provided on google and a lady answered; I asked where can I get change from and in a condescending tone say ‘ahh, the bank, a corner shop, the post office’…..I am from out of town and would have prepared better if there was a website/notice saying change only and at 6:30pm all banks are closed. Anywho, this laundry mat is over priced and dated. Every place I go to in my city accepts change and card payments and is cheaper than this establishment; especially the drying(& I live in an expensive city)! For such an out of date place, I feel it’s overpriced, consider updating to accepting card payments to ease up the customers. I will not be back.

I needed to wash the winter duvets. I hadn’t been to a launderette for years so when I went to Harborne Launderette I was pretty clueless. Fortunately for me I was helped by the employee treasure called Brenda who works there. She selected the appropriate machine, explained the payment and timings and left me to relax. The machines and surroundings are all very clean and the shop has a good atmosphere. The next day I came with a much larger duvet and again was guided by Brenda to choose the larger machines needed. I really quite enjoyed my job of ‘doing the washing’ and will be back again. Thank you Brenda.

Have started using this laundrette every two weeks, it’s modern, clean, very convenient when you’ve got to launder bulky items like multiple bedlinen sets, couldn’t recommend it highly enough, one of the few laundrettes that accept card payments!

The member of staff on duty is very helpful even if my questions are a bit silly. Ive never had to go to the laundrette before (my dryer broke) and this was a great first impression. They have a coin machine inside and there are cash points outside so you can get banknotes for it. The dryers work really well. The price is good on the dryer 50p/3mins=£1/6mins. I will definitely be coming here again.

A very clean, professional and friendly launderette. Their £13.75 service where they do your laundry for you is amazing. Every item comes back folded and in perfect condition. This is the first time we’ve used this launderette because we’re awaiting a washing machine repair. Many thanks to everyone who works here.

We are on holiday and found this place on Google. The machines were in good condition and easy to use. Cost us 5£ for the wash and 1£ for 6 minutes of drying time. We got everything dry for 4£. So the total cost for us was 9£.

They even had blue baskets, so after your items were washed, you could easily move them to a dryer.

The “black lady”, as the reviews call her, which in itself I’m not sure I care for, but she was VERY helpful. She welcomed us in and showed us how to use the machines. Made the process a lot less stressful for us.

Street parking is available if you can find a spot. We lucked out, and one was open right in front of the building.

all wash machine on empty because she want go early im comin in time 15:42 today befor im coming im call the shop and she say colosing 17:00 and you need coming befor 16:00 and
when I arrive, she say shop colosing if she want go home befor 17:00 is okay but way she wast my time she pad for full days

Always use the dryers for my washing that I’ve done at home, super hot dryers that dry your clothes extremely quick!

Came for the first time today, unsure what to do in terms of bunging it all in or splitting between whites and colours. The one lady there explained it all and was very helpful the younger lady was also very helpful thank you both! Will be using again in future!

Cost roughly about £11 total for a full load wash, powder (from the laundromat) and drying (5.50 for the wash, 50p powder and I needed about £5 for the drying as I had some stuff like towels and one or two items such as hoodies and thick joggers that don’t dry as quick as the other items)
All in all in comparison with what the average person uses in electric at home. Very very good pricing! Thank you

Extremely poor quality of the dryer machine. It is very expensive of service charge but has cheap quality of work. It doesn’t provide proper service. This is my first time here, and I will never return.

Clean and very good value for money. New owners are very helpful, and have plenty of change if you need any. All machines take £1 and £2 coins. New machines have been installed. Laundry opens 5.30pm-10.00pm. There are three sizes of washing machine, regular (2, £4) large (4, £5-6) and extra large (1, £8). There are 6 dryers and they cost £1 for 10 Mins, or 20p for roughly 3 minutes. Bring your own soap, preferably liquid or tabs. There are convenience stores near by where you can these from. Benches where you can wait and some off road parking for around 4 cars.

Excellent service. Arrived short of coins and immediately was helped out by assistant providing change and advice on how to use the machines. Got 3 huge washloads done and dry in little over an hour.

If you’re looking for the perfect launderette this is one……. Great location and the staff are so friendly and willing to help if you are unsure about anything or need change for the machines.
The opening hours are 5am till 10pm. I’ve seen many launderettes close around 5pm.
There’s a Co-op across the road with a cash point and a chip shop if you get hungry while waiting.

Dryers are not effective unfortunately. We have tried every dryer in the launderette, but the doors are all loose and the heat is not retained. Have even tried paying triple the cost of the dryer, I.e. Nearly half an hour in the industrial dryer, and clothes still were damp. Very disappointing.

Came here on a Sunday.. closes at 10pm came at half 8 to make sure as I had to collect something … one of the customers confirmed that it closes at 10ish how ever if there are still customers that haven’t finished they’ll close once everyone is done ..I’ve been to many launderettes any far this is on top of the list.. great location also .. cash point across road and shops

Horrible service from a horrible lady who is rude and racist. Awful attitude, she never cracks a smile or seems happy about anything. The machines are too old, always breaking down and look like they’ve been running for 20 years!

Take your clothes elsewhere. To the woman that runs this laundrette, please brighten up and treat your customers with respect. 😉

First and last time visiting here, the lady who runs it has an attitude problem for no reason. She is very aggressive and possibly on illegal substances (?) If you don’t enjoy your job, get a new one Plus is a tacky place, much better laundrettes out there.

As a regular customer the launderette is always clean and machines are working efficiently. The lady who runs it is pleasant and helpful as is her husband.
