My elderly parents had a power outage in their garage which was only discovered a few days after the event…the two freezers had rotting food with maggots spilling out along with the putrid water. I called Burnham Pest Solutions, and Michael very kindly and patiently explained to me how he would go about addressing the problem. He did not once rush me over the phone, nor pressure me to book his services.

Upon arrival, Michael quickly disposed of all the rotting food and then began to drain the fluids and clean the freezers: he painstakingly hosed down the internal drawers and then thoroughly sanitised, and re-sanitised each shelf and drawer, before repeatedly wiping the interiors. Once finished, he also treated the floor where the rotten meat fluids had leaked.

Unfortunately, about an hour after Michael left, I noticed tiny maggots crawling all over one of the freezers again: they certainly weren’t there when he left…I contacted Michael again and he said he’d return the following week to
reclean both appliances. He also repeatedly said he was perfectly happy for me to ignore the invoice request until after his return.

My father was hospitalised in an emergency, and so I had to reschedule Michael’s return visit. He patiently and very kindly waited for my availability. Upon his return, Michael repeated his thorough cleaning of the appliances. He also made some
suggestions about how I might go about addressing the pungent smell: spray and wipe interior with a lemon-scented disinfectant; place sliced fresh lemons in each tray and drawer; air the freezers; then turn back on. It did the trick! I also used Zoflora to scrub the floor and now my parents’ appliances are ready to be used again!

A huge thank you to Michael, who was not only a thorough professional, but also very friendly and affable. I would have no hesitation in recommending his services.

Michael and his team were prompt and kept their appointments, all of the treatments were discussed and agreed so I understood what was going on. I was worried that my dog might be at risk from the treatments, but that was not the case and Michael explained it all to me.
Treatment worked in the time scales Michael predicted. I’m coming to the end of my guarantee period now so happy to share this review with you and recommend this company.

Great service from STP for removal of a wasp nest in our garden shed. Phoned and was offered a same day call out but went with next day due to other commitments. Carl came to deliver the treatment, he was friendly and knowledgable and explained the process and safety measures. Within a couple of hours the nest was inactive and we could safely dispose of the nest. Thanks would definitely recommend.

A company that basically just do not want to take responsibility for work they have done. I had a bee extraction done by Louchlan Deeming in September 2023. This was all done under the official PG Beegone on their official paperwork and guarantees given. I have just noticed bees on the same wall again and called them. Their response was they are not responsible as the person who did the removal was a franchisee. Be aware of this if you ever choose to use their services which were an exorbitant amount in excess of £4000.

Locky was very professional and efficient when assessing our loft space. Timing of appointment was perfect and locky was very thorough. The service was excellent and the report was also very thorough and clear. We had no issues within our loft and it was nice to find a firm that would actually complete an inspection without the need of evidence up front. We are very grateful locky was able to compete the inspection on a date which we chose and was convenient for us. Overall excellent service and will definitely recommend to family and friends. Locky was a lovely friendly man. Excellent extensive knowledge on rodent control. He gave very helpful advice and did a really thorough inspection of the house and garden. No sales pressure but lots of reassurance on his ability to help.

We used PGH Beegone for bee removal and “rehoming” not extermination. Locky Deeming from their Midlands office did the original survey and the removal. The bees had been in our garage roof for six years so the colony was quite large. Locky did the job professionally and competently and cared enough about the result to call us afterwards to see if we were satisfied. We would recommend this company.

Having had a squirrel take up residence in our loft we called Beegone Pest Control Services and Locky arrived the following day to assess the situation. Within three days the problem was solved efficiently and without any fuss. He then used a drone to check our roof for further weaknesses where another rodent(s) may enter. Locky is knowledgable, reliable and thorough regarding his occupation. He is also a very polite and friendly person.I would recommend him to anyone who was experiencing similar pest control problems.

After hearing scratching (mice) in the loft and fearing the worst we phoned Locky to come and investigate. He came within two days and left seven bait bags. Within three days the scratching had stopped and a check of the loft revealed four of the bags have been consumed and three are missing. We have heard nothing since. Locky’s experience and prompt action regarding these issues has extinguished the problem. If this issue returns we will not hesitate to contact Locky. Once again I would recommend Beegone Pest Control Services for any pest control infestations.

Lockie came out on a home visit to sort out our mouse problems as we live in a rural area; he identified the issues advised us clearly and provided quick and effective solutions with a friendly and expert manner – I cant recommend him highly enough.

Locky from Beegone was responsive, knowledgeable and helpful in the survey and planning stages of the bee removal. He even went out of his way to come early so we could complete it in the one day, travelling many hours to reach us which we appreciated. It’s a brave job to remove to bees and hard physical work which he carried out expertly and professionally even receiving several stings along the way but carrying on regardless. Safe to say the bees have gone are now safely in another hive and we’re very grateful. Would highly recommend Bee gone.

Over priced at £240 a time come out twice and still had the problem would not recommend anyone to use them £480 out of pocket and still have problems call out the professional team and problems sorted quick pest control just want to rip you off and can’t do the job just all talk but no action will leave you with the same problem before they came

We recently had an unwanted visitor in the loft. Booked an appointment with Gary from Pied Piper who came over within a couple of days at a time to suit us. Such a super nice and honest gentleman. Very professional and clearly knows his stuff. Inspected my property, knew exactly what to look for and quickly identified the possible entry points. We had mice in our home, initially I tired putting down poision myself, this was a, waste of money because the situation got worse.
Rang Birmingham Pest Control, spoke to a lovely lady, who arranged a next day appointment.
The gentleman arrived on time, conducted a through inspection and implemented plan of action, explaining a second visit in two weeks to confirm the issue is fully resolved.

I had an issue with bed bugs at home and contacted Will from WJ Pest Solutions through my brother in law. From the first visit, he was professional and thorough. When the problem persisted, he came back not once, but twice more without charging anything extra. He stood by his word and guaranteed his work, which really showed in his commitment.
