Billy rescued our kitchen from a triple blockage of outlets from washing machine, main sink and rinse sink. He well deserves the 5 star rating for the promptness of his response, the immediacy of the remedial process he embarked on, flushing the labyrinth of twisted pipes of the massive amount of grunge which we had no idea was lurking there - till it blocked! A thorough and meticulous expert on central heating, boilers and plumbing in general in our experience of him.

Came home to a burst pipe in my kitchen. Phoned Ideal, and he came out within 20 minutes, fixed the problem, cleaned after. Really nice man, polite and a good worker. Highly recommended. Thank you!
