Jake and his team did a fantastic job on our property, completing a full roof replacement, guttering, insulation, and loft hatch installation. The project was completed efficiently and to a high standard, all within the agreed timeframe. Communication was excellent throughout, and the quality of service was exceptional. I had a leak in my kitchen with water/damp seeping in. Called a few roofers for a quote. Most were not available to come over immediately. Jake said he can come over the next morning but was upfront about the call out charge of £150. I was hesitant about this since the other roofers said they didn’t have call out charges. Jake was kind enough to suggest I can send photos of the leak and the roof and he might give me an idea of the issue and the approx cost. I sent the photos and within a few hours Jake got back to me with what might be the issue, the price and offered to come and fix the issue the very next day. Jake also waived the call out charge since he was able to identify the issue from the photo.

Jake and his team were punctual and did a great job explaining what the issue was and walked me thru how they planned to fix the issue. Once the job was done they cleaned up the area and were very professional.

5/9/25 – I had Jake and team come over to fix a minor leak in the dormer addition. When Jake inspected the leak he found that the chimney was not capped (even though the previous owners said they did it). Jake was prompt to give me a quote and once again was excellent with communication and did a great job sorting out the issue and capping the chimney.

I will definitely recommend Jake and team to fix any roofing issues.

Mark and his two colleagues have just completed a week of work rebuilding and replacing our brewhouse roof with heritage rosemary and dreadnought tiles. I am overwhelmed by how beautiful it looks. Literally ‘next level’ is the best way to describe Dave’s roofing skills and customer service! He managed to stabilise a ‘loose wooden beam’ in our out building to help keep it secure until we decide on a permanent solution, and also fixed a broken gutter and then tested it by pouring a bucket of water over it, to ensure it didn’t leak. Great service from Moseley Roofing. A small section of my guttering was leaking during a heavy rain storm and the terrace started to flood. Great job done by Shane and John, what a difference they have made to my property, had previous dry verge edgjng removed from gable end, of house, front porch and back building (of which had previously been a rubbish job. It was not an easy job, with lots of angles and added challenges like preparing the frame for the small window in the roof and replacing rotten joists and beams. They worked hard through the very hot days in July and kept us informed of their progress.
