I recently visited Shepherds and can confidently say it was one of the best experiences I’ve had. The staff and atmosphere were welcoming and professional. Jags customer service was fantastic. He took his time with my hair, was extremely attentive and gave me the best haircut I’ve had so far. Excellent barber , definitely due to be back.

The decor was a perfect blend of modern design and vintage charm, and soothing music setting the tone for a relaxing experience. The shop was clean and well-organized, which immediately put me at ease.My barber named Magda was highly skilled, taking the time to consult with me about my desired look. She listened intently to my preferences and offered insightful suggestions based on my hair type and face shape. The haircut itself was nothing short of exceptional , each snip of the scissors was precise, and the attention to detail was evident. I appreciated the barber’s expertise and felt completely at ease in her hands.After the haircut, I was encouraged to try one of their skin treatments. Initially skeptical, I decided to give it a shot and was pleasantly surprised. With the help of one of their experienced staff Chantel the treatment began with a thorough cleansing of my skin, followed by a gentle exfoliation. The products used were high-quality and tailored to my skin type.The entire process was relaxing, accompanied by a brief facial massage that melted away any stress I had accumulated. I walked away not just looking good but feeling fantastic as well.The combination of a stylish haircut and an excellent skin treatment left me feeling more confident than ever. My skin felt cleaner, smoother, and more hydrated, which was a delightful bonus I hadn’t anticipated. I noticed that my complexion had improved , it looked very healthy and vibrant, and the benefits of the treatment seemed to last longer than expected.

Nice service, friendly staff, professional hairstylists. It’s easy to make appointments online and you know how much you are paying which is great. Oscar is a great hairdresser who handled my hair well and communicated with me to know exactly what style do I want. You may find they charge a bit more than other salons but I’d definitely recommend it, the whole experience is awesome and totally worth the money.

I went to shepherds on Tuesday to get a perm for my straight hair to wavy hair. I had the pleasure of being treated by Oscar. He is very professional and gives you great advice on how your hair should be treated/styled as well as being able to replicate the image shown in a way that matches my hair length. In between all the hair work he is very friendly and talkative which is always a bonus. my hair turned out great and I hope to come again soon once my hair is in need of a cut and a perm. highly recommend getting a perm with Oscar.
