I was shopping with my sister for her nikkah and we found exactly what we wanted with efficiency!

Initially, we had planned to go to a specific shop to get her bridal dress, but we’re both so glad we didn’t make it there ended up at Aroosah instead.

The customer service was top-notch. They were very happy to help even though we had loads of demands.

The shop itself was very aesthetically pleasing and clean on the inside.

Most importantly, the dresses and men’s thobes they had on display were beautiful. You can find almost anything you’re looking for with their range of clothes. Whether you’re looking for OOTP or simple and elegant, you’ll find it.

Will be making this place my go to for any other outfits for occasions!

MasaAllah, excellent. They are doing well. Shop is located at the heart of the Coventry Road, Small Heath B10 0UF. Nice and tidy, lots of variety. Party dresses, Stylist Abayas, Men, Women, kids and many more items. Can say all in one under one roof for clothing. Staff are very helpful. Will come and buy again.

Unfortunately, my shopping experience at this store was disappointing due to the strict policies enforced by management, leaving no room for flexibility in customer service. For example, we spent nearly £100, yet the staff member was unable to offer even a £1 discount!

Additionally, we were required to pay for a bag to carry our purchases, which felt quite unreasonable given the amount we had already spent. This rigid approach makes the shopping experience less welcoming and discourages future visits. I sincerely hope management reconsiders these policies to improve customer satisfaction.

A fantastic dresses’ shop ranging from Moroccan authentic dresses to Pakistani traditional ones. Khadija was so helpful and smiling. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

My consultant was Lauren and Tina. They have been so helpful and so nice! They listened to me and heard me which is not always happens when you trying to find your dress. I went to a salon in London where they told me 12 month is very short time and I must pay for my dress right now. In Lula Ann the girls were so relaxed and helpful that I didn’t fell pressured at all. I felt that they were there for me, not the other way around. I would highly recommend this salon to everyone! The salon is spotlessly clean, the dresses are in a very nice condition and they have hundreds of dresses to choose from! I also got a gift bag with some goodies I couldn’t be happier, as I said Yes to my Man, I said yes to my Dress, and Yes to my Salon!

I came into the boutique back in October and I had a very strong idea of what I wanted for my bridal dress. The very lovely Rosie was very patient and great with her knowledge in selecting a few dresses to try on. One in particular caught my eye and I purchased it.

I placed my order on such short notice, and not only did they get it ready in time, but the fitting was also absolutely perfect. I cannot recommend the service from the team at Sache enough. From start to finish the whole process of choosing the outfit went so smoothly. The dress also arrived by the date it was expected and needed only a minor adjustment which Asif Uncle ensured was completed before we left the shop. It’s a shame we don’t live closer as we would definitely buy from here very often as not only are the outfits stunning but the service is also impeccable. We chose an elopement wedding to NYC, we booked it in the Feb to travel that same year in September. It didn’t take me long to find the perfect dress! I found it online. And thought ‘that’s the dress for me!!’ And when it arrived, I felt and looked like a potato… I was so so disappointed. And with just 6 weeks to go the pressure was on for me to find the perfect dress once again.

Your wedding shop happened to be just a 10 min drive from my home. I managed to get a Saturday booking the same week. Sadly I can’t remember the ladies name who hosted me. But she was amazing. I was completely on my own, but she stepped up to be my wing woman and gave honest feedback on the dresses I selected.

I chose a dress there and then and managed to find a great alternations specialist to get the dress turned up in time for our flight to the USA. I felt so welcomed, by the staff here. Such a pleasant experience.

It was a magical experience! Rachel was fully prepared when I arrived and myself and guests were offered drinks. She explained the process to me and which dresses that needed to be ordered and which ones were off the rack. We had a great time all picking dresses and I tried on loads. Your not forced into buying anything and it’s all very relaxed. They have great privacy changing room and Rachel helped me put on every dress. It was wonderful and I would highly recommend it especially as they have a huge variety of dresses to choose from. I did find a dress that I may buy.

Had a really lovely experience at Senti Bridal, it was the first place I had been and I was apprehensive but the women working in the shop made it a really fun and relaxed vibe. They weren’t pushy, gave plenty of time and great recommendations. There were loads of dresses in plus sizes in the shop, it didn’t feel like I was limited in what I could try on because of sizing (which I’ve experienced elsewhere), would definitely recommend for anyone and especially if you’re looking for plus size dresses!

We were warmly greeted by the wonderful Jill. Chose 5 dresses to start with and she made it so relaxed. I was nervous because I didn’t have much time to organise my wedding but put me at ease straight away telling me which dresses I could buy there and then off the peg and which dresses needed ordering time. She was really helpful and after a few tears and about 10 dresses later we finally managed to find the one!! Dresses for all ages shapes and sizes and budgets this shop really knows how to treat a bride to be. Thank you for making it so special

Just wanted to say thank you first all to everyone working at Hoor Qasim. Polite and friendly service, accommodated me best to my vision of the dress I wanted for my big day. Salma was very quick with measurements, kept me comfortable throughout the whole process and also arranged a reasonable date in time for my wedding, baring in mind the dress came way earlier than the expected date. It’s exactly what I wanted and the fitting mashallah was perfect.

Ordered a wedding dress from here they messed up the order. Half the skirt is brown stone half the skirt is white stone. I can see all these lovely reviews here and the guy boasts to customers who complain, to have a look these reviews, but I wonder if they encourage customers who have had good experiences on items that aren’t as expensive to leave a review. Also notice how most of these “5*” reviews are new accounts with only 1 or 2 reviews, looks fake to me, wish I knew this before. Because he didn’t advise me to leave one? How can a dress be made completely different to what I chose? You don’t even allow pictures , so I have nothing to refer back to. No one copying your designs because you don’t even stick to your own design. The dress I chose had Pearl and sequin work and didn’t have as much stones on it as the one you custom made, you obviously wanted to make a cheaper dress then the one you put up on display.

More importantly the cheap stone design you’ve decided to carry out instead isn’t symmetrical it’s just random 3/4 of the dress is white stone 1/4 is brown? Did you run out of stones? Why not wait to get more instead of improvising and messing the dress up? And I know you didn’t add any sequin or pearls like the dress on display but you took the mick when you put a random Pearl on the top ? What’s that for ? And why is there not as many sequin work as the dress on display. At no point during placing the custom order did you say the pattern won’t be the same as the one I chose, did you think I’d forget what I picked and happily move on. You’re not trustworthy at all. And the quality of your custom made dresses are low market standard.

Please have a look at this ridiculous dress, half white stone half brown stone and think twice before trusting them with your bridal clothes. Very overpriced and low quality.

My advice is to shop in Bradford or London and avoid Birmingham for wedding shopping. AND IF YOU ARE STUPID ENOUGH TO ORDER HERE make sure you have everything written on the receipt , down to what stones, pearls, sequins you’ve picked and what material because they only right down the price, size and colour. Without this and without proof you’ll end up with a market stall wedding dress. Because they don’t care as long as they make a profit. Don’t pay full , pay deposit and haggle with the price because mine was 2500 including a velvet shawl and they tried to charge me 3500.
