What an amazing experience I had in this store. It stands out as more than a charity shop, it’s a whole new shopping experience. The staff are all friendly and helpful. The clothes are all set out colour matching with accessories nearby to match. I was asked by a member of staff, whom I believe was management called Suzanne, if I needed any help or advice, she was very informative. I will definitely be returning and telling all my friends about this store .

Visited the Reloved Revolution charity shop, which is in support of the Birmingham Hospice.

A charity shop unlike most others, a trendy upmarket type spread across two floors.

Has a really nice little Cafe upstairs serving drinks and delicious cakes.

A real good mix of things on offer, books, clothes, antiques, records and everything else can think of.

Some things are a little pricy, but guess that comes with the brand new fresh atmosphere inside.

Well with popping into for a look and a coffee!

**Pre Loved – Recycled Fashion Edition**
This is probably the coolest pre loved recycled fashion store in the UK! Fun place, with great decoration, amazing variety of everything, lots of personality and interesting things to see, and they even have a cafe upstairs!

Sharing lots of pics here, specially when coming from overseas like me, photos help a lot to give an idea of what we can find at the shops in another country, how much things cost, so we can be prepared, and it’s just fun to see all different products and variety.

Looks lovely for Christmas, and they have a cafe upstairs where you can sit down and have a drink after having a look round, staff are really friendly! Great service ☺

Only popped in for the café but was really pleasantly surprised at the store itself – well lit without being overbearing on the eyes, friendly staff, very clean and tidy, well laid out. Had a quick look at some vinyls and they were being sold at really great prices. I don’t find my sizes in charity shops or clothes shops but I’ll have a wonder for future gifts for others perhaps and plan to revisit for DVDs and CDs, as well as the café! Evoke is brilliant and I’ll be leaving them a great review too. Really pleased they have fitting rooms, a lift, and a toilet upstairs. Wonderful place!

It’s a lovely Charity shop that’s more than just a shop. The staff and volunteers are friendly and very helpful and the store is always bubbling with people and new items to find. It definitely creates a treasure hunt feel. The clothes sections are also well organized and I like the fact that they are arranged by color in the ladies section, and by category in the men’s section so you know exactly where to go when you need something in a specific colour. The store aesthetics are also very vibrant and best of all, the clothes are in very good condition and smell fresh. I would highly recommend.

The shop’s moved to a new place and it’s massive now, feels about three or four times bigger than before. Loads more stuff too, everyday bits, kitchenware, monitor, Xbox, clothes, furniture, appliances. Prices are properly cheap as well.

I picked up two camping chairs and a tripod. The owner is really nice. I also dropped off some clothes for donation. Great to see a place like this around, and hopefully more people get behind the idea of reusing and looking after the environment.

Got these from the store at most affordable price… Guys trust me this is not going to disappoint you .. go for it and the staff are so friendly and offered us discount also that too in return of playing games

Got a monitor for 30 GBP. Worth Buying..

I had five black bags of donations from me and five other colleagues at an NHS hospital. Two days in a row during the week I tried to contact their mobile phone number they put on Google. They either did not answer or would cut me off after a couple of rings. So as it was very local to me, I decided just to pop down to drop these black bags off and my gosh, Fort Knox. They rent space at Lee bank business Centre which really needs knocking down. It’s on a one-way road with every other road having new apartments built so there are diggers and machinery everywhere including half the roads with one lane closed. There is no parking anywhere so if you have to carry anything – beware. The front door is locked, there is a reception that I can see through the glass but it is shutters down and unmanned. Nobody answered the buzzer, even ring and I think the button is broken as it is stuck. despite there being a management company number pasted onto the front door, nobody answered that either. There were some east Asian workers inside at another company down the hall and despite looking at me, they completely ignored me trying to get in and I had an NHS badge around my neck & 5 black bags so I clearly wasn’t a burglar. Terrible company whether you are a customer or somebody wanting to donate free money to them. The least they could do was return my phone call. Back to my car on the road with my five black bags and decided to donate them to a charity instead.

Fantastic range of new and used books. They are so friendly and helpful. They also sell CDs DVDs cards and stationary. The prices are so good even if I don’t have money to buy something new I’ll buy something second hand.

Really well stocked bookshop. Has so many Christian new and secondhand books. Bargain prices too. Lots of other items too that you can buy for gifts. It also has CDs and cassette’s of Christian music. I donate my Christian music and books to this store.

What makes this charity shop stand out is that there are a good range of cheap books, and an even better range of Christian books at incredible prices (25p for a softback). Great range of new Christian books upstairs as well. Very friendly staff.

Shocking customer service. Manager allows some people to use changing rooms and not others (both with one item each) “because of shoplifters” so is judging each customer. It should be one rule for all. As if their losses aren’t from laziness/lack of organisation to open on the days they advertise.

Was served by a very rude elderly gentleman. Was a regular customer until today(24/10/2022). Was shocked by the very unprofessional behaviour of this staff towards me. It doesn’t help the needy because it discourages people to go to these charity shops and buy stuff. Wasn’t sure why he was so ill behaved towards me. Unnecesary and unacceptable

Used to be a lovely shop. Somewhat miffed that I went to return a top but the manager doesn’t allow returns from other shops. I could understand if it was for a large amount but it was for £5 and I was even buying £3 worth of items!! More worried about your profit percentages than the customers.

Great place to go and have a look around as you don’t know what is going to be in. You will be surprised at the bargains you can get and all the money goes to a good cause.

Run by a wonderful manager who is always incredibly helpful. Amazing rotation of staff who are always kind and welcoming to customers, new and old. Amazing stock, usually a gem to be found, regardless of your preference.

Great books. I bought loads of books to be told I could have a loyalty card where the 11th paper back is free only to be told by another staff member you can’t use that with manga. Manga is paperback fiction so that’s a contradiction. I thought it was a bit cheeky to offer loyalty cards where you buy 10 books and 11th fiction paperback is free only to then be told (after buying loads of paperback manga) that these don’t count as fiction. I don’t care much about the offer, it’s a charity shop and as such I am happy to buy from here knowing I am getting bargains and giving to a good cause. But false advertisement irks me.

The best shop to buy used books. A good collection available. Prices are okay too. I always find a book or two for myself and my children.

Always a wonderful selection across a wide variety of fiction and non fiction. Love it here. Staff were lovely and friendly.

Just driving past, we noticed a car and a man taking bags of goods from front of the shop (shop was closed at Sunday 7pm). There were loads of bag left outside for donation and the man was picking amongst those and putting to his car. Very obvious he was stealing nice items!

So overpriced, can find items on Amazon and eBay for five to ten pound cheaper then here. Disgraceful upmark on items which is bad management, you get this a lot in charity shops these days.. on a up the Lady on the tail was very pleasant.

I’ve donated many times to this worthy charity, but my last couple of experiences have been disappointing. A few weeks ago one older, blonde lady, made me feel very uncomfortable donating. She was very reluctant to take my donations, but eventually did, much to her displeasure. Today I took two bags of good quality clothes and she point blank said no. So I’ve donated them to another charity, who were very grateful. I will not donate to this shop again.

I am very pleasantly surprised by how the shop looks. Everything is well organised, tidy and so easy to find. The products are clean, in perfect condition. The things that are for sale are often one of a kind. As for the staff, I got the impression that they are very nice and helpful. In particular, one lady with dark hair, always greets me with a big smile, asks how my day was and often advises on the selection of things. She is very nice and I appreciate that she takes such great care of her customers. I recommend everyone to stop by this shop, even just to hear, “Nice to see you again”:).

Used to be a nice charity shop, went in there earlier this week, seemed over staffed and I was followed around by a strange, over zealous, elderly, blonde haired woman, who at one point said allowed to another customer, I’m just watching somebody. Never experienced anything quite like it before, are you not allowed to look for bargains in a charity shop? Anyway I attempted to buy a small spoon the type my partner collects but was told it was priced incorrectly at £2.50 and I could not have it. Of course this is perfectly fine but I was made to feel like I was doing something wrong purchasing it in the first place. Maybe staff need to relax a little with customers, it’s only a small shop and it’s very apparent that certain staff members think you shouldn’t be perusing and purchasing certain items. Perhaps ensure things are appraised correctly before they go out onto the shop floor, perhaps have fewer staff working at the same time and perhaps don’t treat people like they are criminals for looking around. My partner went back the following day to drop some items off and have a look at the afore mentioned spoon, that I was not allowed to purchase, it had gone up by a few pound, which I would have been happy to pay at the time but she was no longer interested. Odd and unwelcoming experience all round. We enjoy supporting our local hospice shops both through purchasing and donating, however we won’t be using this one again, far to intense!!

I love Birmingham hospice charity shops normally as the staff are often really helpful and friendly, and they have some really nice stuff. Unfortunately this one is not very welcoming at all.
My partner saw something I would like there yesterday and took a photo to send it me as I was at work. He returned later to buy it but was actually refused sale by the people running at the counter. They had seen him earlier looking at it and other items and had started following him round suspiciously. When he returned, they decided he couldn’t have it as it ‘needed to be repriced’
I went in today in the hope to purchase the item but they had more than tripled the price.
Unfortunately they had priced me out of making a purchase.
They informed me it was collectible so I googled it out of curiosity. I found it’s not even worth as much as they are selling it which is a shame as it’s the charity that loses out.
Also while in there noticed how expensive the Preloved clothes were. For example, a cheap looking primark jacket cost £10, most coats were substantially more than that.
I think I’ll stick to the shop in Harborne from now on

The worst experience I’ve ever had of attempting to donate to a charity shop, and I’ve donated regularly over the years. I understand there maybe times when you have lot of donations but there’s a way of dealing with customers. I was so horrified by the way I was treated, I picked up my bags and walked out. The woman who spoke to me was Yazz, I’ve seen her be incredibly rude to other customers. I wish her manager would address the issue

One of the worst experiences in donating clothes I have ever had. The Birmingham hospice is an amazing charity and very close to mine and my families heart, but this shop is extremely disappointing. I gave a lot of designer clothes to this shop, only to be greeted by three extremely rude, eye rolling people. Not one thank you was given for the large amounts they recieved, if they do not want to volunteer for such an amazing cause then they should not do it! Next time I will be donating to another store as this one is not a good representation to such a beautiful place that the Birmingham Hospice is.

Incredibly rude staff! Never known anything like it, made me feel awful just for wanting to donate some items. a shame as it’s a very good cause. Took my donations to their branch on Kings Norton Green instead who were lovely and friendly. It’s not ok to treat people who want to support your charity like this!

Amazing staff, calm and kind. They got some unique things. Bought myself a cute ceramic cat jar (totally worth it).

A simple to use charity shop with well priced stuff and they deliver

Really great place with awesome stuff and a good layout! The one downside is they don’t have a changing room :(( this really sucks as you just can’t work out what will fit you ! I would have purchased many more things if I could try them on, I’m sure!
I also asked if I could quickly try some jeans on out the back to see if they fitted- the staff were not very friendly and looked at me like I was a bit insane ??

One of the best charity shops I have ever come across. Items are priced reasonable and mostly brilliant designer bargains to get hold of. Trainers and hats good too, unworn condition a few. Selection of items are one of the best I have seen. Little wear and tear. Staff are polite helpful and professional. Could not fault at all – 10 out of 10.

Today I walked into this shop and picked up “On the Road” by Jack Kerouac in excellent condition for £2! I thought all my birthdays had come at once and took this feeling of exuberance with me to the till to be met with a joyless individual who certainly didn’t want to interact with me and couldn’t have cared less what I purchased, who I was, or whether her negative demeanour had turned a positive experience for me into a negative one. My advice to you (Ellie) is this, If you don’t enjoy working in retail, or interacting with members of the public, do something else . And the two stars are for the book and not the miserable service.

Magnificent collection of books, however why are some of them priced higher than retail price whilst they are still in print? I might as well buy books new. Additionally the women workers in the shop like to talk politics like the customers can’t hear them, nice pair of lefty loonies, not very professional.

I love this shop but was shocked yesterday by the lack of protections in place in relation to Covid. The perspex screen round the till worked, but staff were not wearing masks and were really close to customers. The spacing markers were almost non existent and really did not work – no one way system or clear indication of spacing. Also , once I was in there, the shop suddenly became teeming and there are no restrictions placed on numbers in the shop. As a result, people brushed up- against me, and ONLY ONE person in terms of customers, apart from myself, was wearing a mask.
Please , please, put some effective controls in place, and proactively ask people to wear masks( I realise challenging people is difficult, but even a polite notice reminding people , can help), I won’t be coming back until more effective protections are in place.

Always good for a large selection of clothes, with some interesting brands. Often spot an unusual item in the homewares.

These ladies who run this shop are amazing! They have really helpful service, and they’ve been so kind to me and my son over the last 2yrs. It’s really refreshing, and I highly recommend stopping by and shopping!

Donated a large selection of high quality clothes to the shop, none of them appeared for sale in the shop. I checked regularly over a period of weeks. Appears the staff kept them, I asked why the items were not in the shop and she could not answer me. Pretty shameful

Been visiting here for quite a few years and it has improved over the past couple of years. A few friendly staff here though new American lady there is very rude & ignorant everytime I have visited the shop. Think she should go to a training centre to learn good customer skills. this has put me off going in there a lot
