Στο κομματι beauty τα προϊόντα ηταν ανακατωμενα κ ανοιγμενα και ενω ηθελα να παρω τελικα συχαινομουν να τα ακουμπησω. Κριμα…

Έχει πολλά και διάφορα πράγματα αλλά γίνεται χαμός εκεί… Για κάποιος που πάει για πρώτη δεν είναι εύκολο να βρεις αυτα που ψάχνεις.

Be ready for a noisy shopping time and not all the people there have good manners, don’t be surprised when someone push you without apologies, the staff have a lot of job to do, because is messed around the areas, I feel sorry for them every time that I go because always have something to do.

If you need helps they are always ready to help, if you concern is in the area that they are working.

Also have connection with train station and many buses, easy to go there.

The prices now are not the cheapest like before, but the variety and quality of the items is amazing.

And now you have to paid for the paper bag, is the same quality so even if you buy one, will broken two steps away from the shop.

Took my 10-year-old daughter to have her nails done here and she loved it! They used normal polish with multicoloured French tips and even offered small stickers/designs – perfect for children. Staff were really kind and made her feel special.

Tip: best to book ahead – we were told there was a 3.5-hour wait even though I’d checked a couple of days before. Other than that, everything was great and we’ll definitely be back!

I had a fantastic experience at Almanaar Islamic superstore in Small Heath! The staff were incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond with their service. I was able to create my own custom perfume, and they took great care to ensure it was exactly how I wanted it. Afternoon Dive by Aiura Perfumes is a fresh, clean, and aquatic scent perfect for everyday wear. It opens with a burst of citrus and settles into smooth aquatic and woody notes. Great longevity (6–8 hours) and stylish packaging. Ideal for warm weather and casual use. Light projection, but very refreshing and easy to wear.

It was a great experience shopping with them. The staff was very helpful and kind. My exchange time was over but they cooperated with me and gave me the opportunity to exchange. They definitely deserve a 5 star rating.thank u so much

Honestly this is one of my favourite shops on Coventry Road! It’s my go to place to shop for perfumes as they have such a wide selection. I was served by Emon today and he was incredibly helpful and patient. Great service every time I visit, highly recommend checking them out if you’re in the area!

Me and my daughter came here when we went Birmingham and it was great. It was clean and they had many staff around asking if we needed help. Even walking through the floor they were giving perfume samples. Almost all brands of perfumes and fashion have their presence in Selfridges .It is expensive but the products are good. Has many entrances so easy to get in.

Selfridges is a great store to visit. From designer brands to food. Spent a good hour looking around this multi storey store. Although there’s some lovely products here there not the cheapest.
But if your looking for a treat then I’m sure you’ll find something appropriate here.

A fantastic department store that has a wide range of products available at a standard price. They had a fantastic pop up stall for the Black Sabbath final show and the staff were all super friendly making it a great experience. The decorations for Black Sabbath and Ozzy were also super cool to see for fans.

Visited the London one so had to visit here. Came up mainly for the Ozzy tributes. This store is just as good as the London one. Daughter purchased a top with the help of a really nice and helpful male worker. I found the staff more friendlier here. We were also made up to see the Ozzy LEGO statue.

I always get my perfume from Selfridges — they have an amazing selection and it’s always easy to find my favorites. The makeup department is also fantastic, with a great range of brands and products. The service is consistently excellent — staff are friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Shopping here is always a pleasure!

black staff member at the collection point of the suit was being very disrespectful! I wouldn’t have bought the suit if it wasn’t for an Asian lad, he was happy for my graduation and Upon collection time he ruined my experience so that’s why I’ll give a 1 star !

Came here just looking for a tux jacket. Left with a two piece tux, two shirts, shoes and bracers. Had no idea what I was looking for as I’ve never had a tux before but Nikki made sure I was sweet and hooked me up.

Solid customer service and good quality stuff.

Had a great experience choosing a suit for my sons prom. Everyone was very professional and knowledge from the people fitting and measuring him to the lady who helped us choose a cool tie and pocket square. The alterations only took a week-looking forward to seeing my son in his suit very soon

Had a fantastic experience in Slaters today, Sunny was so professional, helpful and knowledgeable. Within 10 minutes he had fit a suit and figured out all the alterations needed, giving great advice and guidance along the way.

Jo also helped me fit a shirt, and she too was very friendly and knowledgeable.

As a tall person who has trouble finding well fitting clothes, this was a flawless experience.

Ordered a suit for nieces wedding. Sorted within 30 minutes. Assistant sorted alterations and passed on to other dept to sort tie and shirt. Great service. Would recommend.

I waited over twenty minutes at the tills in men’s wear waiting for an assistant. When one eventually showed up he said there were only three assistants assigned to the whole floor. When I asked him where the other two were he ignored me.

No toilets in a store this size? I asked the staff they said go across the road to McDonald’s. The staff were polite.

If they had toilets I would have most likely browsed more lines & bought something but had to leave to relieve myself.

Place looks 1/2 empty & almost abandoned. More like a bargain shop than a department store but it’s cool that there’s so many reduced products here.

Here is the story,
I recently had a very disappointing experience with Fraser. I ordered ten items, but only four arrived. When I contacted their customer service for an explanation and a resolution, I found them to be extremely not helpful at all. They insisted that all ten items had been delivered after their so-called quality check, even though that was clearly not the case.

To make matters worse, their staff was quite dismissive, even suggesting that if I wanted any further recourse, I should go to my local authority or seek financial support elsewhere. The way I was treated was frankly unacceptable. Overall, I had a very poor experience, and I wouldn’t recommend buying from them.

Visited yesterday Tuesday 22nd of July have always had great experiences at this place and after today won’t be coming in as much was looking around for some suit attire for a a upcoming family event came across a young lad who was supposedly a worker greeted him a and was being friendly as I always am even though I’d expect that from him as a staff worker, instead kept gossiping with another woman with red hair didn’t want to cause a scene so jsut left the store. We need the old workers back

Awful place that should be shut down. Rude Rude Rude customer service made my wife cry whilst we only came to pick up an order. As any normal person would expect a suit contains a jacket and trousers. They handed the trousers claiming this is all they have. When we pointed out it is parcel 1 of 2 they said take it and go away. When we tried to return it on the spot they said it is not possible. Stay away from them at all cost. We will be talking to solicitors. Things like this shouldn’t be happening in 21st century. There are no words in my dictionary to describe this place and the people working there.

River island store at bullring is clean, modern, and well laid out. Clothes are easy to browse, and there’s a wide selection of trendy items. Staff were friendly and helped me find the right size. The self-checkout tills made paying quick and easy.

Wow what can we say about the clothing we bought today,and absolute bargain and a half,we will definitely be going there again.

I had the BEST experience shopping at River Island, thanks to Melisha and her amazing team! It was my first time shopping there, and I was in a rush looking for a dress for a special occasion. I was stressed and overwhelmed, but Melisha completely turned my day around.

She truly went above and beyond—bringing me so many dress options based on what I liked, offering honest advice, and genuinely caring about helping me find the right outfit. It felt like shopping with a close friend who really got me. Her warmth and dedication made it the best retail experience I’ve ever had.

I also had lovely interactions with another team member on the shop floor and the ladies at the cashier—everyone was so positive and welcoming. The whole atmosphere was just full of good vibes!

the changing rooms could be better. no way of telling if someone is occupying one since the curtains are basically always closed even when there isn’t there. had people walk in on me changing and the curtains are broken so people most likely would be able to see you as they walk by.

I passed by this store, even though I didn’t buy anything from there. Two Indian gentlemen who were part of the staff asked us where we bought these things and slandered us. One of these Indians was very rude, he had a beard and a black head.
This happened on the afternoon of August 28th, and if this store has management, this rude gentleman should be punished.

Not very good manager. They wouldnt accept item i got online because no lable. Even tho I order several of same item and also returned them. I never have a good experience in this shop. Hm has really gone down hill.

staff closed fitting room more than half an hour before store closing explained it’s due to company policy. Store closing is at 8pm so until this time every customer is allowed come in to the store even if it’s 7.55pm. Correct me if I am wrong

Me and my friend came here. It is located outside near the grand central and the bull ring. When we came it was not very busy downstairs and they didn’t have many staff members walking around helping. The prices are quite steep so therefore we didn’t purchase anything but when we got upstairs they had a decent amount of sales section. The dressing room was super busy. Their aas a huge line overflowing so i feel they should make the dressing room bigger or do something about it because it was an inconvenience. Due to this some people were getting dressed and undressed in corners as the queue was that long. They had a photo booth which you could take photos in. This time it wasn’t working but I’m sure that if it was in action it would be great to take photos with your friends or family.

I like this shop & the staff are lovely BUTTTT why’s the sale always a mess. It’s actually unshoppable, I went in today and it was such a mess I didn’t even look. So many clothes on this rale you can’t look, if you pull (I mean really pull) one thing out you’ll usually take out 3/4 things more than you wanted because it’s so rammed they are all attached. ANOTHER BIG THING items are always wrongly priced. In the sale section ❌ nope just mis placed, stuff in the sale with no sale prices on too. It’s always like this so I can see why there’s always so much left because you physically can’t look!

Not managers and members of staff writing 5 star reviews to make up for the poor reviews recently. Maybe just do better and train your team (managers included) the reviews I’m referring to are Chris Browns and I wouldn’t be surprised if other staff members have done the same, came to leave a bad review after my last visit and saw that one of members of staff I spoke to had left a review but yeah bad experience, wouldn’t recommend, staff too busy flirting behind the till and in the changing room to actually serve and give a good level of customer service, was met with attitude at every aspect of my visit here. After a strange man approached me in store today around 2pm, a lovely young male staff member immediately checked on me and kept an eye out while I shopped. It was really reassuring and I’m very grateful for his help!

Had to wait nearly 30 minutes to use the fitting room on a week day and having only one member of staff to do everything is WILD. A girl cut the queue to share a room with her friend only to be told no so that was annoying too. When I finally got in they absolutely reeked of B.O. , won’t bother visiting in store again.

The girl with the green adidas Jacket and her colleague with the crop white top at the till were really rude. I just approached the till not knowing the customers that had left was still being served and instead of being told politely, I was told in a rude manner with an eye roll that I could not be served. I don’t think that’s necessary and belongs in a work place like that. The management team should ensure that the employees comply with professionalism and they treat all customers equally and fairly.

I mostly shop at the Next store in Bullring. The products are affordable with good quality and variety. The staff are very polite and take proper care of customers. A special mention to Mahima for her excellent service

Amazing service from Jenson, there was a mess up with my parcel Jenson went out of his way to locate the parcel eventually it was located but had left the store by error. Jenson managed to re-order the item at the price brought it at and got it delivered to home address. Natasha also helped him along the way so I would like to say amazing and exceptional service from both.

very large store 3 storey staffs are friendly only problem is most of the time it’s hard to find a staff near you I do not like to go when they have lots of offers on because it’s hard to find something they tend to put loads of unsold stock which is going out of season or fashion soon and there are so many people in the shop not buying just going through everything

I went to Next on a busy Saturday afternoon. The layout is great, easy to find what you’re looking for from a distance. The staff were friendly.

The only disappointment was the fitting rooms on the ground floor. The queue was very long, due to the majority of rooms being filled with mess. There was one fitting room piled with what I could only describe as plastic coverings for light fixtures. Many had to settle for fitting rooms filled with random items to escape the queue.

Good luck trying to purchase anything on the top floor. Waited 5 minutes for someone to come to the till and ended up.sitting on a comfy sofa because I thought I’d be there for a while

Unable to process refunds via the card machine as they’re down, yet were able to pay for items via card? Doesn’t make sense, a note on the door would have been useful to avoid spending 10 minutes queuing!

I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to the wonderful Spanish assistant who assisted me today in selecting an outfit. Shopping for clothes can be quite challenging for me due to my longer legs and torso. However, he attentively listened to my concerns and suggested the styles of jeans that would suit me best. Given my struggle to find a fitting pair of jeans for over three years, I wasn’t expecting much. To my delight, the recommended jeans slipped on effortlessly, were comfortable at the waist, and provided the perfect length. I cannot thank you enough for your help.

The staff at the fitting rooms are of terrible manners and overall attitude!! The staff should be picking up clothes from the fitting rooms and handle them, and should be generally friendly, instead they are indicating to customers to bring them the clothes etc…the customers don’t work for you!!stop dictating to them what to do! Do your job! if you don’t like your job leave, someone else that enjoys customer service should have it, you are replaceable!!

“I had an absolutely horrible experience at Mango in the Bullring, and I would not recommend shopping here. I went to return an item after having been unable to do so earlier due to a severe psychotic episode that left me hospitalized and unable to communicate. The manager I spoke to was shockingly rude, dismissive, and completely lacked empathy. He mocked my condition, comparing my psychosis to ‘going on holiday to Spain’ and suggested I should have sent someone else to return the goods — as if being hospitalized and unable to speak isn’t enough of an explanation.

His attitude was unacceptable, unprofessional, and frankly cruel. This behavior from a manager is disgraceful, and it made an already difficult situation even worse. The lack of compassion and basic human decency shown by this individual reflects very poorly on the store and the brand as a whole.

I hope that the management team at Mango sees this as a formal complaint and investigates this incident in detail. I am absolutely disgusted by the treatment I received and expect action to be taken to address this appalling behavior.”

First time going here went to the fittings rooms for a boy to keep opening my drape and he even yanked it when I was fully undressed. this was right next to the entrance where staff is too. Absolutely horrific experience, and never stepping foot in there again

Faulty product wouldn’t be replaced/refunded as out of the 30 days, however, the cashier knew it was the stitching on the shirt. Manager would t even look at the product, decided my face was too brown for her to engage with. Poor customer service.
So I decided not to buy the products my daughters and I had seen on my way over to the tills.

I went to Mango (Bullring, Birmingham) yesterday with my friend. Not long into looking around it became clear that we were being followed and tracked by the store assistants. I went left they went left I went right they went right. My friend is in her late 40s and a nurse, and I’m in my early 50s and a grandmother, and nurse vulnerable patients in a hospice. Yet our whole being had some how alerted the mango staff to go on high alert. The one lady shuffled clothes while I waited for my friend, and told another lady to stay there. There was a security guard so really they could have done some work instead.

My friend bought something and I re-evaluated my life, wondering if I’d walked into the twilight zone. There were other customers but I guess they didn’t look as gangster as me in my pink M&S chinos and t shirt.

We went in to a lot of shops after and Mango was the only one where it was uncomfortable to be in. Very silly behaviour.
