I waited over twenty minutes at the tills in men's wear waiting for an assistant. When one eventually showed up he said there were only three assistants assigned to the whole floor. When I asked him where the other two were he ignored me.

No toilets in a store this size? I asked the staff they said go across the road to McDonald's. The staff were polite. If they had toilets I would have most likely browsed more lines & bought something but had to leave to relieve myself. Pitiful customer service.

5/10; 2.5/5. Place looks 1/2 empty & almost abandoned. More like a bargain shop than a department store but it’s cool that there’s so many reduced products here.

I do not recommend buying from them, because if you encounter any issues with your order, their response will simply be to contact your local authority or seek financial support from financial institutions. Here is the story, I recently had a very disappointing experience with Fraser. I ordered ten items, but only four arrived. When I contacted their customer service for an explanation and a resolution, I found them to be extremely not helpful at all. They insisted that all ten items had been delivered after their so-called quality check, even though that was clearly not the case. To make matters worse, their staff was quite dismissive, even suggesting that if I wanted any further recourse, I should go to my local authority or seek financial support elsewhere. The way I was treated was frankly unacceptable. Overall, I had a very poor experience, and I wouldn’t recommend buying from them.

Visited yesterday Tuesday 22nd of July have always had great experiences at this place and after today won’t be coming in as much was looking around for some suit attire for a a upcoming family event came across a young lad who was supposedly a worker greeted him a and was being friendly as I always am even though I’d expect that from him as a staff worker, instead kept gossiping with another woman with red hair didn’t want to cause a scene so jsut left the store. We need the old workers back

Awful place that should be shut down. Rude Rude Rude customer service made my wife cry whilst we only came to pick up an order. As any normal person would expect a suit contains a jacket and trousers. They handed the trousers claiming this is all they have. When we pointed out it is parcel 1 of 2 they said take it and go away. When we tried to return it on the spot they said it is not possible. Stay away from them at all cost. We will be talking to solicitors. Things like this shouldn't be happening in 21st century. There are no words in my dictionary to describe this place and the people working there.
