Had a pleasant overview on the available flagship Apple devices and, it was a pleasure getting some assistance from store assistant to help in carting-up phone choice. Generally, the ambience is elegant, not so sophisticated, but ideal for some quality time and iPhone review recording if you like. Loved it!

The Apple Store on New Street in Birmingham exterior retains its historic charm, while the interior has been modernized to align with Apple’s sleek design ethos. Inside is spacious interiors and wonderful ambiance, the store is centrally located and easily accessible via public transportation.

I had a great experience shopping at the Apple Store in Birmingham today. Sheroo was extremely helpful, resolving my issues quickly and accurately. I’m really pleased with the support I received from him.

Few weeks ago i visited my local Apple store as my daughter starting university and wanted to buy Mac book. I was welcomed and directed to sale person who was very straight to the point without selling us any subscription and we knew our mind the one we need. so Ordered mac book paid for it and customer service was brilliant He did offer as setting up and helping with mac book too. Scheduled an appointment to Repair my AirPods which was purchased on Jan 2022, which was years out of Warranty. The Audio was not playing properly in Right earbuds. After diagnostics they informed that both the buds has frequency issue. The staff who handled my case spoke with the manager and in the end offered to replace both the buds free of cost. Thanked the manager PK directly, who was really nice. Such an amazing Customer service.! Thank you, Apple Birmingham

Kara was serving me in store, she has been outstanding in her services, went out iof way to help me, an amazing human being with a great professionalism. She went extra mile to help me, have no words. Such dedicated staff will always be appreciated.

I feel very disappointed with my experience at the Apple Store in Birmingham. When I first explained clearly what I needed in a phone, I wasn’t properly advised. This meant several visits to the store and technical services, and finally the extra cost of buying a new iPhone that did meet my needs. What hurt the most was losing seven years of personal and professional photos. Apple did not take this seriously — there was no written apology, no compensation, not even a sense of recognition of what that loss means to a customer. I also felt treated as a "second-class" customer when, on two occasions, after long waiting times and with a medical condition, I was told to use the toilets at McDonald’s across the street instead of being allowed to use the store facilities. What I expected was not just good products, but also care, listening, and accountability. A sincere "we are sorry" or some gesture of support would have made a big difference. Unfortunately, that never happened.
