What happened to staff being knowledgeable about the items for sale?Awful service! We will not be using Curry’s delivery service ever again.First time they lost the fridge, a few month later we decided to try again. A call to say delivery was here so we go outside to meet them and no one is to be seen. On delivery notes it says a health and safety issue about the stairs being too thin, how is that when delivery wasn’t attempted?Unable delivery for another 10 days…. Not ideal when fridge is broken and living out of cool boxes. No support offered and terrible service

Recently purchased a gaming pc for our son but needed extra memory. I have absolutely no idea what I'm buying so popped in to double check my purchase. George was so helpful and explained everything and how it was lucky we double checked as what I had purchased would have ended in damaging our new PC. He took the time to go through what we needed, arranged the refund for the wrong purchase and also arranged for next day delivery of the correct memory. Thank you very much for your help George, your bosses need to know what a real asset you are to the company! Top man!

Went in there to get a refund due to a price promise within 7 days. I was treated absolutely awfully and they didn't honor it. They made up their own terms and conditions on the spot. I won't use this store again and I will stick to other retailers in future. Gracie was the manager I spoke to and she rude, arrogant, and made up a heap of lies. Stay away.

Deceitful customer service.My partner made a purchase at Currys Selly Oak. Upon payment, the sale assistant offered him a case of 3 bottles of wine for around £7. He thought it was just as part of promoting themselves. He did not explain to him that by accepting, he would automatically been subscribed with a company called Wine52 and would then be charged every month around £50 to receive 3 more bottles. After a few weeks to my surprise we received 3 more bottles; I rang Wine52 (as per packaging label) to find out and they confirmed we’ve been subscribed and they’ve covered their back by saying that they have sent my partner an e mail to inform him, (I don’t even know how this is legal) and refused to give us a refund. We cancelled the subscription immediately. The wine itself is of their own brand, so you don’t even know what exactly you are drinking; I don’t know how anyone in the right frame of mind would accept such a subscription and therefore they decided to subscribe people with deceit.Aw forgot to mention that the item he purchased was faulty, a hob that my partner had to pay someone to install and then return cause it wasn’t working. Joke.
