PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!! I got a tv from here and it didn’t even last up To 3 days before the visuals stopped working. Worst part is their poor customer service. I have called Numerous times, sent emails, WhatsApp messages and NO RESPONSE!!!!!

Great experience here. Was very glad to find them. Prices are fantastic and we bought our TV with a 12 month warranty. We chose to collect it and Ali could not have been more helpful. Super nice guy and he set it all up for us while we were there. He even helped me to take it to the van. I will definitely buy from here again Highly recommended

After being diagnosed with a rare aggressive cancer which was advanced (stage 4) . I decided to take my mind off my condition. I purchased a TV from Electronics World which is owned by a Khaleda Hussain. The purchase went smoothly and £630 was taken from my credit card. Then nothing, no communication from the company and no communication from the third party courier they were using for delivery. Eventually I arranged the delivery. The courier arrived a day late. Items were missing from the product, screws for the stand, the solar powered remote and set up instructions. When the Tv was finally set Up it didn’t work. The company stated, at present it could not send out a replacement because it didn’t have one. I checked on the website and they did in fact have one in stock and for sale. Phoned the company back and they stated I could have the one of the website but it had scratches on the screen. When I mentioned the scratches were not stated in the description, they said this was an oversight. I was been offered a full refund which I accept but this would not happen until the couriers had picked up the broken TV. As the couriers do not answer incoming calls, I have to wait until they contact me. They have not done so neither has electronic world replied to my messages So I am left £630 out of pocket, looking at a blank screen await my radiotherapy to commence.

Ali and the boys are undeniably the best TV providers in town. I got a CRAZY deal on a 65inch LG OLED that seemed almost unbelievable. They sorted me out. Will be returning with my stepdad to get their tv from here too. Immaculate service, good lads, check them out.

I bought a TV from these guys for a massively reduced price compared to the high street. I have had the TV for a few months now and it's been working perfectly fine! As advertised on the high street even!

Purchased a 65" TV and after 2 or 3 weeks it started to malfunction. I called them and they offered a refund or a replacement. We went with the replacement and it is working very well. Helpful and courteous.
