Amazing service. ESS worked with me to get flowers organised at the very last minute. I placed my order at about 11pm, and it was delivered the next morning. The flowers were beautiful, fresh and exactly as discussed. Communication was excellent- would highly recommend.

I am not one to normally write reviews, however in this instance I had to. I called up this morning to order to some flowers for my MIL and spoke to Linda. I told her the occasion and that I was not able to collect the flowers. So I asked if these can be delivered. Linda arranged for the flowers to be delivered for same day, as a nice surprise for my MIL who was not well. I received a message off her saying she received the flowers and how much she loved them and how beautiful they are and honestly that is the highest compliment from her, as she has the green finger. Even my FIL loved them and took pictures

Came here on the week of my wedding (which was also Mother’s Day week) with a very little idea of what I wanted as a bouquet. Even despite the very short notice and just a glance of some reference pictures, these guys have made me the most perfect and beautiful bouquet I could ever imagined, for me and my 2 bridesmaids. I was let down by my usual florist. A much loved aunt who passed away a few years ago would have been celebrating her birthday today. We wished to send some flowers to my uncle, to express that we are thinking of her. On Sunday at 10 am in the morning I contacted Petals of Madinah, and explained that we would like a delivery of flowers that day. Two hours later, flowers were delivered to my uncle. Needless to say he was delighted with the flowers, telling me how beautiful they were and that they had a beautiful scent. Thank you so much to Petals of Madinah. I definitely recommend them and I am very impressed with their service,

The flower selection was minimal, and half the bouquets were dead. But I’m happy with the one I chose. The service was what let me down.

I asked for a bit of tissue paper, which was nicely on display mind you, not like I was reaching over the counter for it. And the girl says it’s not for sale. Fair enough, but I asked for her to make an exception and she responded like I asked her to give the whole bouquet for free. I was willing to pay and she made justifications which just didn’t make sense. I would’ve been happy with “the boss said no” but she gave me reasons like “if we sell it to you then 10 other people are gonna come to buy it”. Last time I checked if there was something in demand it was a good idea to sell it. Overall her attitude was disappointing.

I was prepared to pay £50 for a decent bouquet instead I got £15 off but with a side of attitude so I guess I can’t complain too much.

Absolutely loved how my order came out and everyone was very impressed with the bouquet. Petals Of Madinah did an amazing job in delivering what I needed in a short time frame. Listened to what I asked for and accommodated my requests. Even added glitter spray and diamanté upon collection! Had a delivery of birthday flowers and balloons which were fantastic. However, the attitude of the delivery driver was very rude and unprofessional. He kept banging on the door in which time we opened the door and he rudely said I’ve been standing here for 10 minutes. When we pointed out no, he hadn’t as the door was opened in under a minute and we even checked on the cctv and he started shaking his head for being caught out lying. Company needs to educate their drivers on customer service hence the one star review

What a joy today to have found this flower shop!
I needed some flowers to be delivered same day. I called and Fred made it so easy. Few hours later, my English mum called me to say that the bouquet was spectacular! and that she never had received such a beautiful bouquet. She really meant it . Fred kept me updated and even sent me a photo of the flowers which were wonderful. By the way, I didn’t choose the flowers, only ask for something vibrant, they did it all!

I have been a loyal customer of Roses Florist for many years now, each and every time I order aqua bouquets, tied bouquets, floral tributes, and more, it is always to the same high standard. The flowers are fresh and beautiful, the service is always amazing, the price is affordable and reflects the quality put in to each arrangement. Roses also do a lovely selection of other gifts including plants, note books, plaques and candles. It’s definitely worth a visit if you’re nearby!

Absolutely first rate service. The recently bereaved person I had ordered the flowers for had gone away for a few days. They were so understanding and flexible with arranging redelivery. The flower selection was also very lovely.

I had the most amazing experience with Becky, Their flowers are fresh, beautifully arranged, and last much longer than expected. The attention to detail in their bouquets is truly impressive, and you can tell they put a lot of care into their work.

We had a bespoke piece made for our close friends funeral and it was nothing short of perfect! It was even more beautiful than I’d imagined! They even added some personal touchs to the arrangement on the day of collection without hesitation! Very friendly staff and will 100% recommend them for any floral arrangements.

I was a little concerned with living out of area and choosing a florist I don’t know. No need to worry though, Dee listened carefully to what we asked for and we’re delighted with the flowers; they’re perfect. Dee sent a photograph of the flowers just before they were out for delivery which made for a very personal service and was much appreciated. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Fiesta Flowers.

Beautiful flowers for my mother’s funeral yesterday. Mainly white with a touch of pale pink and pale blue. Dee is lovely to deal with and the flowers exceeded our expectations. Exceptional value too. Because of the restrictions in place we took the flowers away after the funeral and divided them up into posies to give to members of the family. They looked amazing.

Asked for an arrangement to be made for a birthday. The staff were helpful with suggestions around the colour pallete l Wanted and the types of flowers that would suit both the colour range and my budget.
Picked up the bouquet yesterday and was absolutely delighted with it.

The ladies at Sarah’s made 3 beautiful arrangements for my Father’s funeral and they were perfect. They adapted our ideas perfectly and everyone commented on how lovely the flowers were, especially the teapot! Excellent service and quality for a very reasonable price compared to everyone else.

From Australia, we have ordered flowers for delivery to relatives in Quinton on many occasions. The flowers always arrive on time, always look amazing and are of very high quality . The website is easy to use and you can see exactly what you will get. We have another order to do in a couple of weeks and will certainly be using Sarah’s Rose Garden agin for that. The Flower Centre did both mine and my sisters wedding flowers over 25 years ago. As their reviews were consistently good, we chose them to make the arrangements for a very dear family member’s funeral. We knew exactly what we wanted and provided them with the details and also info about what we didn’t want. We asked if they were able to include double lollies in the coffin spray and they did manage to source some, they were stunning. The ladies were extremely helpful and we were able to go to take some pictures of the flowers in their workshop on the afternoon before the funeral. We would not hesitate in recommending.

I have purchased from here before and have been quite pleased, so decided to task them with making a 30 inch ships wheel for my brother’s funeral. I initially spoke to a lady that seemed to understand what I needed. I agreed to go and pay in-store at the end of the week, on Friday, funeral being on the following Tuesday. On going into the shop and asking to see what I was paying for, a different lady couldn’t show me what had been made yet, so instead pulled an impressive picture from the internet, we agreed on the colours and she advised how it would look etc, money paid £198. Very disappointed to receive this very substandard spray painted
Effort, which didn’t resemble what we agreed on. It couldn’t be used as we were embarrassed. When ringing them and explaining that this is not what we ordered all they could repeatedly say is “Oh really” no resolution, so I wouldn’t recommend, and I am so glad all the other tribute flowers were ordered elsewhere. No resolution offered whatsoever.

I ordered some flowers online for Valentine’s Day with the intention of surprising my partner at work by having them on here desk before she got into work.
Unfortunately the flowers I ordered online was frankly diabolical!
After calling around countless florists I had no joy getting hold of any red roses never lone 24 which I was after and in the short time frame I needed them.
My last ditch attempt was this amazing company who not only had the red roses and was well prepared for such a special day for most people with plenty of red roses they also seemed to understand my situation and after agreeing a price which was higher than I expected

(I had never purchased 24 red roses or any flower/flowers for that matter from a florist before only once online and didn’t know how much they actually cost, but the price was reasonable if not better compared to other florists)

they had them ready to go within 30 minutes and wow!!! What an absolute amazing bouquet they put together for me! Honestly I never seen such beautiful fresh quality roses in my life, I could see that my money was well spent! The ladies helped me out so much I couldn’t thank them enough. I managed to deliver my valentines surprise to my partner who was absolutely over the moon with the flowers. For that I’m extremely grateful!

The Teddy bear, chocolates and card in the photo was from the online company not the Flower Centre Birmingham company. Only the flowers :).

Very rude staff and inconsiderate was stood outside the store to waiting for my partner who is disabled waiting to go in to purchase flowers and was told to move from the store as i am blocking the way in a very rude abrupt manner. When i asked why she could not have been polite other staff members approached and became aggressive clearly customer service and being inclusive is not their forte avoid !!!

The flower centre have done arrangements for both my grandparents funerals and we couldn’t recommend them more highly. The arrangements produced were beautiful, even my slightly obscure request of creating a blackbird made of flowers as a personal tribute to one of my Nan’s favourite stories. Everyone I deal with at the flower centre was incredibly helpful and very compassionate. There’s a wide range of options on their website for any occasion and they were able to modify arrangements to make them more personal. If you need flowers for any occasion, definitely order from here.

I live overseas and left it very late to order Mother’s day flowers on Friday afternoon. Found the Flower Centre on google.
Very helpful staff who advised me that i could only have ‘florist’s choice ‘ and wouldn’t know what they would be like until they arrived.

I needed to find a florist who would understand and arrange what I needed firstly for my Grandad’s and then (not long after) my Nan’s funerals. I always try to buy from smaller and independant businesses when I can and was pleased to find Hannah online locally.

She was kind, always returned my calls/messages and did what I requested for the flowers, using her own interpretation where needed, which resulted in some lovely arrangements that I know my grandparents would have really appreciated. Her flowers were also reasonably priced compared to a lot of other florists but she was still able to maintain the same quality and professionalism as some of the bigger florists out there. I live in the USA and ordered birthday flowers for a dear friend who lives across the pond in Birmingham. I ordered directly from the website (which was easy!) and the flowers were delivered on the day requested (Hannah and her team even sent me an email to let me know my friend wasn’t home at the time the delivery was made, and that they had left the flowers with a neighbour and a calling card at my friend’s front door). The flowers are beautiful, as you can see! This is the second time I have ordered flowers from Branchies Bunches and I would not hesitate to order from them again. They are more reasonably priced than other area florists and their flowers are gorgeous!

June 25, 2024 – aother thank you to Branchies Bunches for once again putting together a beautiful flower bouquet for my friend’s birthday (a milestone birthday) this year – she was thrilled!

She listened to what we wanted and how we wanted the floral tributes. Despite being an extremely busy lady, she made sure that our orders were done and delivered exactly as we’d requested. The floral tributes for our family member were both absolutely gorgeous! We had a medium size heart cushion and ‘MOM’. There was another ‘mum’ there too but not even a tiny bit as beautiful as the one made for us by Hannah at ‘Branchies’. The flowers were all fresh but what really stands out is the love and compassion that each flower had been placed with.
I’d never bought from Branchies or met Hannah previously but it felt like talking to someone I’d known for years.
Whatever the occassion, for any kind of floral arrangements, I’ll definitely be returning to and have no qualms recommending ‘Branchies’. Quality all round service, beautiful arrangements and great value!!! Nothing was too much trouble one Hannah’s part
