I have ordered many floral arrangements from small businesses all around the UK. They are always keen to be helpful, discuss colours, designs costs, delivery etc. The feedback pics I get are always a delight. I found the same good service when ordering an abundant hatbox arrangement called Twilight Dreams on Joanne's website, ensuring she could replicate the colours, number of blooms and design for my daughter's birthday surprise. I was assured this was the case, so I paid over the phone and arranged date and time of delivery. When it arrived my daughter sent a picture of a fairly sorry replica of the website illustration with fewer flowers and gaps in the arrangement. I immediately rang Joanne and told her of my disappointment. She offered to make up another arrangement straight away, deliver and take back the original. This is where my 'complaint' ends. My daughter sent a second picture and the flowers looked lovely. The colours were still right but there were far more blooms. I rang again, this time to thank Joanne for the replacement. I just wish she'd got it right first time: she would have saved herself time and petrol. Hopefully the difference in the illustrations will be helpful.

I ordered a bouquet to be delivered to a special friend on 27th August 2024. Not only did they more than fulfill my order, my friend was overwhelmed with the beautiful bouquet, she has messaged me today to say there are still numerous flowers still going strong!! This is after 22 days !! So impressed, thank you so much Joanne.

I ordered flowers Friday to go to a lady who wasn't very well. The flowers and chocolates were delivered Saturday morning. They were beautiful, super fresh. I requested the flowers to have lillies and red roses with a 'bit of a christmassy theme' absolutely delivered spot on to my request. When our boss asked us to sort the flowers I automatically knew that Joanne's would do me proud. Our friend and colleague was so happy she cried! Joanne has done 'my happy events' (wedding) and sad event's for me. I would not go anywhere else, thank you. Maria.

Came in on Saturday around 3pm. There were 2 staff members there. One was busy helping another customer and the other (female, tall, large build) was free but chose to ignore me for the first few minutes. I politely asked for a small bouquet to be made, was not allowed to even finish my sentence before she rudely interrupted me and said they were closing soon and she won’t help me and to choose from the 3 pre-made bouquets in a very abrupt and rude manner. I despise bad customer service and this has discouraged me from ever going into this florist again. I love to support small businesses but when customer service is not there I will refuse to spend my money there. When the staff member who was helping another customer became free she asked her colleague “what is this lady having?”, and was told “I said I won’t do anything”, right infront of me. So they could have made a bouquet but chose not to. The smaller staff member who was helping the other customer seemed lovely and was having a nice conversation with her customer. I wish she had dealt with me instead of the one who spoke to me. I ended up walking out of the florist and going elsewhere.

I bought Grand Pink Radiance bouquet by using Groupon. The price on Groupon was reduced from £40.00 to £19.99, then to £15.30.The advertising photo of the bouquet is amazing.I placed the order over the phone. My husband picked up the bouquet while I was waiting in the car.He was very unhappy and dissapointed as the bouquet doesn't really looks like in the advertised photo and it is with less flowers. Just one Lilly of the valley weather in the photo I can clearly see at least three of them. Also the pink roses do not look very fresh.I called Joanne and explained her the above. She blamed Groupon. She stated she has got an issue with them as they shouldn't put the price down, also advertising the wrong photo. That's not good enough. If she knew all that, she supposed to inform me over the phone when I placed my order. She wasn't very helpful at all and neither professional. BIG DISAPPOINTMENT! I will not recommend a service like that. The first 3 photos are showing my bouquet whether the 4th photo is the advertised one showing what I paid for but not received.New comment added on 30.01.2020.The 4th photo showing the advertised bouquet was removed from my review. Also the comments made under the photos were removed too.Very professional isn't it? I will try to add the 4th photo back and see what's going to happen this time.
