Birmingham Wholesale Market

I am appalled. I came here, to buy for my business and all of the fruits had a white fury coat on them. Come on guys, if your going to sell fruit and vegetables check them before your customers come inside. I literally was heaving just looking at it and it was so bad, i went to two stands for fruits and i was left extremely disappointed after getting there for 3:30AM and staying awake all night in high hopes. Wont be returning i would rather go to my supermarket and pay extra but i understand that some might think cheap is better in this cost of living. BUT i will pass thank you!

Birmingham wholesale market is one of the biggest markets in the West Midlands. Opens quite early 5:00am, shops closes at different times. You can get all sorts of food items varying from Asian, African and Indian…. Fruits are cheaper. Meats don’t get cut into smaller pieces here. Tomatoes, pepper, plantain, yam are sold in boxes. You can always get someone to share with…Prices vary depending on the seller.

Very big stalls with lots of goods but I'm very disappointed with the setup. It is 100% not customer friendly. There is no trolley to use, and that makes it a very difficult task to take your purchased items to car park. Also, the car park space is so small considering the number of customers that come there every day.

Para descarga abrem por volta de 3h00, se chegar às 4h30 o segurança não deixa entrar alegando ser permitido somente a entrada de clientes. Autorizado a entrada somente às 8h30. Não deixam esperar dentro do mercado, não se pode esperar no polígono. Que revejam esta política de horários para descarga urgentemente, precisam das mercadorias para o abastecimento e dificultam o processo como em nenhum outro mercado já visitiado. 19/07/2025

We get large varieties of vegetables, fruits from different countries and they are really cheap and quality is good. The place has a good parking lot structure and people here are friendly. It's a big hall where you can find vegetables and fruits
