The free car parking time period is clearly not displayed in the car park. I parked the car, did shopping in pets shop and walked up to the high street to query in a bank. When I left the car park, it crossed 60 mins time and received a PCN, the parking company had an awful customer care and from others experience it looks totally corrupt as they reject any appeals and threaten to increase the fine.
Please stay away from this free car park if you plan to spend time in more than one shop just because of the rip off car parking company.
