Terrible experience. Don't go here. Can't use a voucher. So if you're kid gets a voucher for, let's say a bday present, to spend it in build a bear, you can't spend it at build a bear. Staff useless, and the floor manager in selfridges blatantly lied to customers to keep her tenants paying the rent. Also.... Hard sell on absolutely everything. Its awful. Avoid at all costs.

*Staff refused to show the policy* Recently I went to replace my record voice message as I done quite few times in Selfridges Branch. Staff in there said we can’t kept the old one as we just want to kept it as the memories about me and my girlfriend because of the policy(?). That’s make me quite confusing that as I paid for the old one but I can’t keep my item that I did purchased it ‍♂️. That staff said she is the manager in that Build-a-bear branch. So I asked them to show the policy to show us that company is right or wrong. The staff was looking at it and probably can’t find it and try to push us to finish the sales on that time instead of showing us the policy. Then I was calling to a customer service about this and then they DID NOT HELP US TO FIND A EXACT POLICY AT ALL. They refused to help and we are absolutely not happy with this place, we won’t be returning again. Bye

Ya no es una tienda de Build a bear como tal, al encontrarse dentro de un supermercado, así que no ofrecen todos los productos que se ofrecen en tiendas de Build a bear ni la disponibilidad de estos es la misma. Debido a esto la experiencia no es la misma que en una tienda exclusivamente dedicada a Build a bear. El personal era muy amable.

Staff was very friendly, and took her time to explain everything to me

Amazing. Simply Amazing. I was overjoyed at how patient the woman was who helped us, she was made the whole experience such a happy one. We just popped in to have a quick look at the range of teddies but when my son went and watched someone "build-a-bear" themselves, he simply couldn't resist. We didn't feel rushed and didn't feel pressured to buy all the extras or anything like that. But I do wish we could go back and do it all again, because it was such a magical experience for my boy.

This Build-a-Bear is located within Selfridges, it is no longer a standalone shop. It's not a full-on workshop, but rather a small concession inside. They do not sell mini beans here. Staff weren't the friendliest sadly, and didn't seem to be happy to be there.
