Not open. While on website says 9:30am. Several people outside door and we can't seem to see anyone inside nor no one answers the phone.About 4 of us standing tried calling but nothing.Bad bad customer service.Someone inside should at least come to door and let customers know what's going on.As I wrote this more and more people show up to try to get in.Communications plays a big part in retail.

The store Manager, Monica, at the Hoover location, is absolutely amazing! I am looking for a couple of items. She never gets tired of me calling. She is so kind and welcoming. I literally drive 3 cities over to visit her store. My FAV!!!

My young son loves a 5below. This location leaves a lot to be desired in comparison to the location in TN. This place was very unorganized. The feel and vide overall was not good.Will not go back.

Staff said there isn't a restroom? Legally they are obligated to have one. I love Five Below, but this location is not recommended. Poor experience.
