Great selection of RC cars, dolls, model, sports goods cards, board games. Not the best place for LEGO sets.

Such a cool store! They have a large selection of toys and games. The staff was very nice and helpful. The owner was super sweet. They gift wrapped my presents I bought. The entire experience of this store was top notch.

I understand supporting local businesses but I feel a bit robbed. Spent over 300 dollars to get my vehicle up and running and fixed and they still haven’t really fixed my car after the many parts they told me to buy and they also repaired and installed parts incorrectly. If half the stuff was returnable it would be great but it’s not and I feel a little token advantage of. The picture is of the gear on my traxxas slash they put on backwards and clearly didn’t tighten it at all since it came loose as soon as I turned my car on. Outside of that they were friendly as a staff and store decently stocked.

Very helpful staff! They enjoy their jobs lotsof remote control toys with lots of parts!

Good store, good prices friendly and helpful employees. Haven’t explored much of the store other than the rc section in the back but I’m highly satisfied with their selection

Disappointing Experience at Homewood Toy & Hobby I love supporting local stores unfortunately I will never return to Homewood Toy & Hobby after an incredibly disappointing experience I had today. I purchased a toy for my child that broke immediately after we turned it on (drone) and when I returned to exchange it just two weeks past the exchange window, I was met with a firm refusal. While I understand that policies are in place for a reason, it’s disheartening to see a local business prioritize rules over community relationships. It feels like a missed opportunity for them to foster goodwill and loyalty among their customers. I truly believe that supporting local businesses is important, but I also think they should be willing to work with their community members, especially when it comes to situations that could easily be resolved with a little flexibility. I wasn’t seeking a refund, simply a toy of equal or lesser value ($38) that works. I hope they reconsider their approach in the future, as I would love to continue shopping here if they can find a way to better serve our community. For now, I’ll be exploring other options for my toy shopping needs. Note: this is directed at the owner of the company not the kind RC repair guy or the woman who works the front end who has been nothing but kind during all the time I’ve shopped there previously.

A lovely toy store remiscent of my childhood. The toys are different than they were when I was a child but there is lots here to choose from for today’s youth. There is a wide variety of games and puzzles as well as educational toys. Of course they are a great place to go for RC cars and trains. They are pricey because of the area of town they are in, but everything is too quality
