The Entertainer

The Entertainer is a fantastic toy store with such a wide variety for all ages. The shelves are always well stocked, and it’s easy to find both the latest trends and classic favourites. The staff are friendly, approachable, and always happy to help if you’re looking for something specific. What I really like is the atmosphere — it feels fun and exciting as soon as you walk in, and it’s a great place to take kids. Prices are reasonable too, with plenty of offers and deals throughout the store. Overall, a brilliant shop for toys, gifts, and games. Always a great experience, and definitely worth 5 stars.

Worst experience ever after shopping 15 years+ Sarah has disgusting attitude after asking for a carrier bag only to be told they only have £2 bags in stock, I asked why they didn’t have any plastic carrier bags eventually she gave me a plastic carrier bag and told me my items wouldn’t fit in there which they did, she forcefully started placing items in the bag. She then asks do you want batteries and I replied no thanks I’ve got rechargeable batteries to which she replied people use cheap batteries and then return items and say it’s not working. She then gave me my bag and threw the change and receipt in the bag to which I said why you got attitude? She said I the one that got attitude. Totally antagonising and I was embarrassed as I was told to leave the store before she called security, Perhaps the fact that I was brown and she didn’t like Asians by the body language. Customer services informed Wouldn’t be shopping here again!

I attended the Bull-Ring venue with my three children today and we truly had an absolutely fantastic experience. The shelves were well mantained so navigating around was a breeze and after they had decided which toys they wanted we went to the till to pay and was greeted by a very friendly customer service representative by the name of Tom. He was beyond professional and ever so polite to me and my children, he made us feel highly welcomed and always offered us any assistance, even reminded me about one of the toys requiring AAA batteries, which I thought was incredibly thoughtful of him. Thank you so much Tom for making our experience a remarkable one!

The perfect place to buy children's toys. Here you'll find Lego sets, dolls, cars, and stuffed animals, among other items. They all have good prices.

Great store, great staff, bigger than it looks too. Kind of awkward layout as you can't get out if you don't queue at the tills without going all the way back around. Not useful if you're just browsing. As a result it's sadly not Covid safe at all.

One of the employe had a really bad attitude towards me. She has a blonde hair. And when i asked a question as a customer her answer was quite a rude tone . and all the time while in checkout i felt so much stress

It's a really good sized toy shop with lots of different sections and lots of category of toys. You will definitely find something that your children like in this shop. It even has a small play area. My 4 year old son had a fantastic time visiting!
