As a part if the AFOL community I feel super lucky to have this amazing store on my doorstep. The staff are always so welcoming and chat LEGO sets with you as you make your purchases, more than once they have assisted in taking photos of me and my friends for Insta posts. I always enjoy a day one purchase from this store.

In all the years we have lived in Birmingham we did not know Lego had a store in the Bullring! We always went in using the other entrance. Recommended to us so we went to buy a teacher a gift. Staff were so warm and welcoming and chatty. Admired my son’s T-shirt and conversations flowed. We were able to buy the item needed (salt and pepper shakers) and then made a bespoke Lego character for the teacher. Staff were always helpful and offered assistance and checked in with us. Clean store with loads of wow moments and a lot of items which are admired and on the to buy list. Really made buying a teacher a thank you gift a super special and memorable day out. So pleased and can not wait to return !

My son loves this shop.We did go there thrice on the same day while we were inside the mall.Staff were really nice and greeting as well.

First time visiting this store with my 11 year old son... he loved the variety and cannot wait to return to buy his next items. He loves lego and loved this store... he still doesn't believe that the shark had 18,000 pieces! He chose a sonic lego which he really enjoyed building! Can't wait to see you again!
