I bought my first 3 manga from here, all in very good condition. Staff were polite and the place is stunning overall. Definitely recommended to those that love Anime/Manga.

Wonderful place full of plushies, squishies, badges, posters, keyring, Japanese treats and books. So many different characters first time I have seen a Black Butler poster displayed in a window. Staff were very kind and helpful. Prices are very good. I am going to reccomend my friends come here A*

I loved this place! I went for my birthday and drove over 45 minutes just to come here! It is such a cute shop and I was lucky to go on a day it wasn't that busy which is quite lucky for such a popular anime shop! The stuff inside is quite pricey, but I can't hate the shop for that! I ended up getting a figure that is in perfect condition. Out of all the 25 figures I have ever brought, this one has the best paint job!

It's a nice little shop but there seems to be a common problem. Young kids ask parents to buy pokemon cards but the ones bought are not written in English and when the parents go back to ask if the non-opened packs be exchanged with something in English, it is refused. Something to do with pokemon policy apparently but there is nothing on this company's website or anything. This issue happened with 2 different families in the 15 minutes I was at this store. Until this issue is clearly clarified, be careful, you might end up with an upset child and a couple of quid down the drain.

I do love Tokyo toys and it will forever always have a place in my heart. The staff are friendly and always have good energy with good merchandise and music playing as soon as you enter. What I hate to say about this shop is mainly the affordability. Alot of the stock is high price and alot of the small items your getting are not worth what you are paying. And I do feel like after several years this shop does need a upgrade its a great shop but barely has any room to move around and get a proper look at items.
