Ground floor packed with collectibles of all descriptions. Even if you're not looking for anything in particular you will likely walk out with some or other new addition to your collection. Also the most extensive selection of loungefly bags that I think I have seen anywhere. If that is your thing then you should definitely visit. However the best for me was kept upstairs. Comics are my thing and this place absolutely keeps pace with the best of them when it comes to sheer range and depth of what is on offer. Make sure you have your wants list on hand for this one because you're gonna need it. I filled some gaps in my Dreamwave Transformers runs, and the guy behind the counter was really helpful in opening up a couple of bagged issues for me to confirm they were what I needed. I guess this won't be local for everyone, and even I only had a chance to visit passing through. But if you're in the area make the effort to get there and you won't be disappointed.
World's Apart is well worth a visit if you're interested in comics and wider pop culture collectables. There's a good comic selection upstairs including some quite sought after items and downstairs there is a broad range of action figures, toys, and pop culture merchandise. Located just around the corner from the Bullring it's easy to access and I'd recommend a visit.
Have a really good selection of new manga as well as art books and figures I don't see in my local comic stores. The could have a better layout, it's a bit hard to walk around and look at things when it's busy. Staff are nice and prices are decent.
A fantastic comic book store with a massive collection of memorabilia. There is also a really impressive collection of single comic books available for sale upstairs at really reasonable prices.
Worlds Apart is a fantastic comic and pop culture store that truly stands out. Spanning two floors, it offers an impressive array of statues, figurines, collectible toys, books, comic books, and many other collectibles and memorabilia. The store itself is well organized, making it easy to find exactly what you're looking for. The friendly and helpful staff enhance the experience with their knowledge and willingness to assist. Overall, Worlds Apart provides a great shopping experience for comic and pop culture enthusiasts. It's definitely worth a visit!
I have visited this store twice, once last year and again last week. This is a great store where you will find a great selection of Funko pops, action figures, comics and graphic novels. Great, fair prices on all products too. I found a Wolverine figure from the Deadpool and Wolverine film that I had been looking for so I was very pleased with my purchase. Definitely would recommend this store, especially if you like stores like Forbidden Planet you will love Worlds Apart too. Great service from staff members too. Good location not too far from the Bullring.
Best range of art books I’ve found anywhere in the country for this type of shop. Not a huge collection but certainly more range than most, and not just the usual "art of Ghibli" that you can find anywhere. Nice people too.
