Amazing customer service.Thank you to the lovely lady who fit my car seat today, your customer service was impeccable. Pretty sure her name was Sarah but she is the regional trainer for car seats etc. she was awesome and really took her time to set up my car seat and tell me how each little thing on it works.Thanks again

I asked the lad at the till what the returns policy was before buying something I was told 30 days to return the item so I bought it and took it home to realise it's faulty, took it back and was told no fault (was basically called a liar) and was told no return as its been opened, even though I wasn't told this the day before by the staff member. Manager didn't care she just kept saying it's your policy. She also said all staff are trained in returns policy but clearly not!!! Stay well away!!!

Nice big store and plenty of parking with reasonable size bays. Never seems too busy when I've been and always been a good experience. Can be expensive experience but that's your fault for having kids 🙂Good store and a few places to eat nearby if you work up an appetite and have any money left.

We have received excellent customer service today. Had to get an exchange as screws not in the water table. Everything was dealt with promptly and the staff were amazing and so helpful to resolve our situation.

Brought a ball pit for our 10month old. Within 10min knew that this product is very poorly constructed.I wanted to take it back due to a waste of £45 on an inferior product. (Was told no on account of health & hygiene. Which on one level I understand) 2nd that this product had never been brought back before. (This isn't my problem)A mental note. If it turns out the expensive product you have brought your child is poorly constructed resulting in a 10 month old dismantling it, and you as a parent make the decision to return.At Smyths you're not allowed to return it & get your money back. Pathetic policy.All Amazon from now on or a toy store putting parents 1st.10 months old and will never be back at Smyths on principal. R.I.P Smyths.
