I had an appointment but they overbooked the number of phones they had to repair so my phone would not be repaired until the following day. They tried to sell me a repair without the Samsung warranty for the same price as the Samsung repair, and that would be ready the same day. It didn’t feel right. A Bait and switch situation. You can obviously make more money if you can get people to agree to the quicker non approved repair as you can sell/do twice as many during the working day. If you’re already there, time spend travelling there, paid parking etc, and you’re desperate, I can see a lot of people agreeing to this.What is the point of having an appointment? If they are acting in bad faith, do I trust them with my device to repair it correctly?

My daughter's phone screen was cracked and flashing. Took it to smash and as soon as the problem was known it was literally no more than 20mins to fix. New screen, lifetime warranty, no complaints here. Will definitely use them again in the future if needed. Five star service with a smile

Excellent service. Booked online with plenty of choice for appointments. Friendly and knowledgeable staff (Adnan). Really professional and efficient. Phone battery replaced within 30 minutes and the performance is so much better. Highly recommend.

Adnan was great! He replaced my charging port and warned me beforehand that my screen might break during the fix because of the model of my phone (and it already had a crack in it) - but he managed to keep my screen intact so I had a fixed phone in less than 48 hours

Pixel Pro 7 - great service and repaired the screen in less than an hour while I waited. Phoned for an appointment and seen in less than 24 hours, added bonus was that they do not factory reset your device like the others.
