Similar to some of the negative reviews! Cancelled appointments still waiting for my first 3 months later!! Sent several emails and left several messages with no response. Even threatened if legal pursuit but no response. I paid my deposit plus £400 for absolutely nothing!! Still waiting for a refund won’t hold my breath! And will pursue legal advice if they fail! Unprofessional and disgusting! Not what I expect from a Muslim run organisation! No wonder us Muslims get tarred with the same brush!
