I called in yesterday to ask advice on replacing a faulty touch screen, possibly replacing the whole computer. The gentleman who served me, probably the owner, was polite, friendly, and very helpful. He gave me some advice on how I could fix the screen which I followed on arriving home. It worked! I am very grateful for his help, freely given, and I will certainly be using his services again. gave him my laptop which decided to break just before uni, he was incredibly helpful and quick, and since it wasn’t feasible to fix in time, he didn’t charge. great guy, great service.

Absolutely fantastic service. Took in two laptops to look over. The bloke I spoke to let me know to RMA my new laptop, as he didn’t want to void my warranty on it. He didn’t have to do that, as he could have done the job, and not let me know about the warranty stickers inside the laptop. The second laptop was a difficult job, one I wasn’t able to do myself, and after a slightly longer wait than he anticipated, he got the job done. Seriously couldn’t recommend them enough. Dodgy repair shops are rampant everywhere, so it’s lovely to see someone who is fair and honest

Wilson did a great job when repairing my MacBook screen. He was so informative and even went out his way to show me a bit about how the screens work and what he'd need to do to fix it. Wilson is such a friendly person and very knowledgeable. Thank you so much, I am really happy with the service!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND…Excellent customer service…friendly, trustworthy and professional. I had multiple very old laptops and ipads where I needed the data to be transferred to an external hard-drive and for the data to be wiped. Wilson sorted it for me with no issue. On my old mac laptop, he added the new IOS for no cost! Even more grateful as the laptops/ipads are being donated to a school in Ghana.
