There are construction works currently underway outside and around The Works, so it is easy to miss. However it is a little treasure trove of goodies, for kids and crafters alike. There were plenty of books, at very good prices, and crafting ideas to choose from.We went close to closing time however the staff were patient and kind.I’d like to visit again to have a proper browse in the future.

Brilliant, tidy, clean shop. The staff and the manager were so polite and friendly. It was busy, but their professionalism and customer service was on point. Kerry I think her name was is the manager who helped me find exactly what I was looking for. I have been in other The Works shops which have been like a jumble sale but the Birmingham shop was tidy and organised and one of the best I have visited!
