So grateful that Paul was the one to deal with my laptop issue!My laptop broke down due to liquid damage. I was in a panic and didn't have the time to shop around. He was the second laptop repair service I called. The first repair shop I called refused to give me a quote or the closest idea of how much I should expect to pay for the repair. Called Paul and he gave me a rough estimate, no problem, whatsoever. Plus, at a reasonable price too! I was in his shop within 30 mins. He was reassuring, helpful and professional. Honestly, I thought my laptop was done for. Three days later - fixed! As good as new, super happy to have a fully functioning laptop once again.Genuine, trustworthy and a lifesaver.Cannot recommend Paul enough. So thankful he brought my life back to my laptop.
