Kingsbury Water Park is a wonderful place to visit and we had such a lovely day out. Even in the winter cold, the walks around the lakes were beautiful and perfect for taking the dog. The scenery is peaceful and well looked after, with plenty of information boards about the local wildlife and the nature of the lakes, which really added to the experience.
We were lucky enough to catch a miniature boat race on the water, which was great fun to watch. The children’s play areas are brilliant, and the little railway is a real highlight – even though we didn’t go on it, it was still very entertaining to watch. The café was welcoming and served the most delicious hot chocolates, just what you need on a chilly day.
Parking is £5 for the whole day, which we thought was excellent value. We’d definitely recommend a visit!

Lots of area to walk and explore. There are bikes and trikes to hire, ducks to feed and fishes to catch. There is a Good cafe, icecream shop and toilets there. There is jet ski stunts to watch for. And if you are lucky you might even see RC model boat racing happening at one of the members dedicated place. There is plenty of woodland and water body to explore.
I would recommend for a day out with family

There are also games for disabled children so they can fun too. Highly recommended. We are definitely visit the park again when we go to the area next time.

Can’t beat Kingsbury Water Park. Always first thought of for a family day out, £5 parking all day! Huge park to go exploring with the kids, a good size playing area too! If you’re lucky, you will see some baby ducks!
Great for outdoor exploring, great for families, dog walkers, fishing, and so much more. Well looked after and always and enjoyable family day out.

Amazing water park with lots of activities for the family. Finding parking is easy enough and once you’re there you can go on bike rides (also available to hire), go for a walk or jet ski. There’s also a playground area for children, tourist centre and stunning views.
We didn’t want to wait in the queue for an ice cream so went to the cafe instead- where there is a good selection of food and drinks
There was also a bouncy castle and bungee jumping available when we went
Highly recommend a visit- you won’t be disappointed

Kingsbury Waterpark Camping and Caravanning Club offers a convenient location near the waterpark and offers easy access to local attractions. The site appears to cater well to families and those seeking a straightforward camping experience. Pitch availability seems to be a factor, with some areas potentially experiencing more noise than others.
Overall, the site presents a solid option for a camping holiday. It is crucial to consider the type of pitch chosen, as the proximity to roadways or other campers can impact the overall peacefulness of the stay. The staff appear to be generally helpful and dedicated, ensuring a pleasant visit.

Staff … were excellent, very friendly and helpful. ||The site and facilities … need updating. The bathrooms are clean but tired and need updating and some modernisation. The pitches only have electric, no water connection, no grey waste. The size of the pitches were adequate. ||The location … was great for the British Masters at the Belfry. Great walks, the waterpark is there and the canals. Good location for local towns and close to the motorway (you do get some noise). ||Would we stay again…not sure, maybe. The price is equal to other parks with better facilities and full services, which I don’t think|Is fair really.

The staff and facilities are fantastic and clean as you would expect from a camping and caravan site. the only issue is if you are on the grass electric pitches you are.close to the motorway and the noise is like white noise 24/7. My advice would be to get a hard standing pitch behind the main block which is not so noisy.
We went to the black Country museum which was great with motorhome parking with no additional charge. the m6 motorway was a nightmare and congested.

I am extremely disappointed with Kingsbury, which was, unfortunately, the worst campsite experience I have ever encountered.
I have stayed at many campsites over the years and have often been in close proximity to families, most of whom are respectful and do not engage in antisocial behavior. However, this visit was different.
I was allocated a pitch in what appeared to be the most chaotic and noisy part of the campsite, which became increasingly evident as the afternoon and evening progressed. Throughout the evening, children were playing football behind and to the side of my camper, and others were playing cricket on the opposite side. The constant impact of balls hitting my camper and children crawling underneath it to retrieve them made for a very disruptive and uncomfortable experience. As the evening wore on, the adults (parents) even joined in, kicking balls around with cans of beer in their hands. I was eventually forced to move inside and pack away my outdoor table to avoid my food and drink being knocked over. This actually made the situation worse, as they then seemed to think they could use the empty space on my pitch to enlarge their playing area.
I am also disappointed that management disappeared around 6 PM and did not re-emerge to confront and control the chaos.
I will be more careful in accepting my pitch allocation in the future, and I am very hesitant to return due to the apparent lack of policing of basic rules and campsite behavior.

Fantastic caravan park. Great for the kids and very well looked after site. Getting more expensive to stay here. But it is the summer holidays. Clean site facilities. Love coming here. My boys also love it.

Have stayed 3 times and always greeted by efficient and friendly wardens. The whole site and facilities are very tidy and clean. One small issue is the barrier only opening at 7am which meant my husband, who was working starts at 7am had to park his car on the visitor car park. On the first weekend night it was full as it is a small carpark but we watched and waited until later on someone left, so we reparked. During
the week this wasn’t a problem.
We stayed an extra night and this time I managed to walk and explore the water park, which was fabulous. We will be returning.

Camping and Caravaning Club rules apply so we know it’s going to be a well run site. Lots of walking to be had around the water park, (we took bikes).
The only downside is the hum of the motorway and the airport which is about ten miles away.

A lovely campsite, the wardens are friendly and very helpful and keep the campsite and its facilities spotless. Nearest town is Tamworth with the usual shopping outlets. Drayton Manor is just down the road from the campsite and the Water Park is next door. The M42 can be heard from the site but the birds just seem to sing louder. One of my favourite campsites

Excellent site. Well maintained in a beautiful secluded wooded location. On site facilities were spotless. Fully serviced pitch was spacious to accommodate twin axle and awning.
Golf course adjacent with access to their clubhouse a bonus. Easy walking distance to Meriden with local shops, pubs and restaurants.
A great find and we will definitely be returning very soon and this time will be staying longer.

A real hidden gem we had just picked up our new camper van and couldn’t have wished for a more tranquil / beautiful site to spend our first night away in her our pitch was surrounded by beautiful mature trees and birds singing / large hard standing space with water and electric hook up – can not fault anything .
A lovely welcome by the owners who were super friendly and accommodating. Toilet / shower blocks immaculate and loved the little hut / library❤️
Highly recommend getting an Indian delivered from Meriden Spice – outstanding and we had a gorgeous walk to the golf Club next door for breakfast – again highly recommended.
Thank you for a wonderful stay – we will come back ❤️

Excellent site which we stopped at for one night as was half way home. The whole site is kept lovely with nice gardens and trees. The showers our probably the best we have used on a campsite and no push button! The toilet block and washing up area were spotless. You do get a small amount of noise from main road as it is close by. Pitches are a good size with plenty of space between each one. We will return again.

Lovely site. Showers spacious, clean and loads of hot water. Washing up facilities exceptional. Large plots, very neatly kept. Plots were level and motor home service point very good and well designed. Sadly did not have a chance to.meet owners as we arrived late, but this was accommodated with lots of help and left before reopened. All in all a super site one of the best we have stayed at. Chapel Lane Caravan and Motorhome Club Campsite appears to offer a convenient location for travelers. The facilities seem generally well-maintained, providing a reliable base for exploring the surrounding area. You can expect a relatively quiet environment despite its proximity to a motorway, promoting a peaceful overnight stay, with access to essential services and a good electrical hook-up.
The overall impression suggests a site geared towards providing a functional camping experience. While it may lack unique features or a particularly engaging atmosphere, the consistent delivery of necessary amenities like showers and clean bathrooms should make it a suitable option for those prioritizing practicality and ease of access.

Really only good for a transit site. Despite having quite a few vans on only one toilet block was open and then 3 pitches near that block were out for the vague possibility that 3 disabled visitors might all come at the same time. They don’t provide a site map for you so you can end up driving round and round their one way system

Friendly Staff and welcome. Good comprehensive brief. Nice spacious ,level, well kept pitches with good elec and water supply. |Bathrooms and Shower Block clean and tidy with hot powerful showers. Nice pub 10 min drive (The Peacock) or walk across fields.|Great location close to Motorway but quiet campsite ( slept soundly).|Saw some previous negative comments but couldn’t see anything negative and we are very picky. |Would thoroughly recommend

This was the the worst CAMC site we have stayed at. The staff were really rude, unwelcoming and very rules based with no flexibility. There is a real lack of care and kindness towards people and to the site. The bathroom and toilet facilities were all ok and generally kept clean but the site was quiet (probably due to the reviews). The washing up facilities are just two sinks with a small food waste bin which is inconvenient. There is only one refuse area. ||I would ask the staff this; how do you feel working here? Do you look forward to coming to work here? If not, why not? The answers to these questions are also what your visitors are experiencing and feeling. It’s a negative atmosphere, you seem unhappy and we left unhappy campers because of it.

The site is in a great location and the staff are excellent. Will hope to use the site again to be able to give it a better review. However during our stay they had to close all but the disabled toilet and showers due to some unwelcome guests on site. The staff went above and beyond to help as much as they could but there needs to be some process in place to stop these people coming onto the sites and ruining for the entire site what should be a lovely relaxing time.

This is just off motorway so perfect stop over site, or for exploring area.
Well wooded area and it’s in sections and so there’s not a lot of others around you wherever you pitch up. Was pretty quiet when we were there though
Amenities clean and great showers without the push button, always a plus for me.
We had a little favour to ask of staff, and Diane and Terry went the extra mile to help us out, couldn’t have been nicer.

We’d heard a lot about Chapel Lane but rarely travel north—until now! We absolutely loved our stay. The site has fantastic footpaths right from the doorstep, perfect for exploring. We also tried the pub recommended in the leaflet, which was great for lunch.

Clent Hills Camping and Caravanning Club Site offers a really pleasant experience for those seeking a quiet retreat. The location is fantastic, providing easy access to beautiful countryside for walks and exploring. The staff are consistently praised for being exceptionally friendly and helpful, contributing to a welcoming atmosphere. The cleanliness of the facilities is also a major highlight.
While the site is generally well-maintained, potential visitors should be aware that some pitches can be uneven, and muddy conditions can occur, particularly when the weather is wet. Despite this, the availability of essential amenities such as washing machines and dryers, along with a dedicated playground, makes it a family-friendly option. Overall, it’s a solid choice for a relaxed camping holiday.

We have just returned home from 3 nights camping here, we stayed during a spell of very wet weather so I can imagine it’s difficult to keep clean but despite this the toilets and showers were very clean at all times. It’s a perfect site if you have children as they can play in the centre safely away from moving vehicles. I would definitely stay here again as it’s perfectly placed for so many attractions nearby.

A lovely campsite. Pitches are generous, the staff are friendly and helpful. The toilet block was always spotless with plenty of hot water. Spacious showers with room to change.
The site is well placed for visiting Warwick, Stratford and Leamington Spa. Plenty of child friendly attractions nearby and several National Trust properties in the area.
There is a lovely real ale pub in walking distance. We had a super Sunday lunch at the Tom o’ the Woods pub, which we walked to from the site.
A lovely place to stay, we intend to return

The field in the centre for kids to play on is the star of the show here… But the overall was disappointing…
– only 2 warm showers, which smelt very musty
– No hot water for washing up
– Very few toilets, and on the gents side no working hand dryer and replaced with a single communal brown towel
– No park or such for kids
– Pizzas on the Saturday were poor
We did overall have a nice time here… But not in my camping kust

Pros:
Close to Warwick Castle
Friendly welcome
Lots of water taps
Quiet
Cons:
Lots of rules to follow (silent after 10pm, no campfires etc.)
Long grass around pitches
Small cramped field so minimal privacy and difficulty to camp with friends
Pizzas were £10 each and were tiny
Someone came and invented a new rule about how we weren’t allowed to use a beer keg due to (factually erroneous) wattage concerns
Weird pub up the road that doesn’t allow kids in
All in all, not a great place to go if you want a few beers round the campfire with friends after a barbecue.

We had a 2 night stay at Mousley House Farm Campsite recently and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The campsite is relatively small and very well kept.
The owners there are really friendly and welcoming, and so helpful to ensure you have everything you need.
There is a great play space for the kids where you can keep an eye on them at all times and some friendly horses at the back too.
An added bonus was the bar but especially the pizza, if you stay on a Saturday night and order pizza you won’t be disappointed! Absolutely delicious.
We recommend this campsite to anyone and would definitely use them again.
Thanks for having us!

Small caravan site (CL) adjacent to a farm. Reasonable access with only a short single track lane at the final approach.
The Hard Standing pitches are quite level with electric hook up.

My wife stayed at this caravan site for 3 weeks, the campsite itself provides the facility’s required for a caravan/Motorhome at a good standard.
There was 2 main issues one was the noise throughout the night, with low flying planes overhead, and the loud trains honking from early hours.
The gentlemen running the campsite decided throughout the stay to keep reminding my wife about her balance but refused to accept any payment, he would question her movements throughout the stay like he was suspicious of her doing a runner or something, This was making her feel uneasy and unwelcome and was very judgemental if this was the case, I just believe if this was done to anyone else it could ruin their stay too.
He also parks his vehicles across entrances and exits in what I assume is an attempt to try and block visitors from coming and going with their campervans but not their cars, as it is parked in such a way.
I went to assist my wifes return today and she was met with a passive aggressive text message about making the payment, after weeks of her offering to pay per week to try to reassure him.
The payment was made immediately.
We will certainly not choose to stay somewhere ran by someone quite so overbearing and controlling again.

Beautiful site with fantastic views over the surrounding countryside. The owners are very welcoming and helpful. There is no seperate grey waste disposal so you are asked to use the toilet waste point. For motorhome users, you cannot drive over the waste point because of the grass. Phone reception and 4G excellent. Security is taken very seriously as the site is also used for caravan storage. You cannot see the stored vans but there are two gates to get through. Both operated by a key fob. You are asked to stop beyond each gate while it closes to stop anyone following you. It seems tedious at first but it does make the site feel very safe. We will definitely be returning.
