I enjoyed a warm friendly and friendly staff over the weekend which made my stay pleasant. My previous stay had been in a refurbished room but my room for the weekend was perfectly adequate. The WiFi worked well and the bed was comfy. It would benefit from better water pressure for the shower. Breakfast was good and I was made to feel welcome. The late night bar was handy. However, at 4 in the morning, the noise from party goers leaving the club woke me up.

Came to Birmingham for the weekend to meet up for a group social event. Many of the group were staying here as it was close to the gay village where our event was being held. |Super comfy rooms with everything that was needed. Nice walk in shower in bathroom and ample space to do what you needed to do.|Location was perfect. Less than a 5 min walk to the gay village with all its vibrant bars and nightlife. Great restaurants all around to enjoy.|The group were very happy here and we’d had a cake made for our event and I’d brought some back for the staff as they’d been super helpful and friendly. Great place, next time in Birmingham, I’ll stay here again. Thank you.

Lovely hotel, great location, staff friendly and helpful. There was one lady cleaning that started talking to me and she was hilarious. Not very often you get that and it was so nice to see her happy at her job and comfortable enough to chat with people.||Room was a bit small but manageable, the bed was really comfy. I can recommend and we have already booked to stay here again on our next visit so yes I liked it here.

Very handy for our night out around the Arcadian area. Room was clean and had shower gel, shampoo and handwash. Had to ask for additional towels as no hand towels supplied in room. Room was small, but fine for our one night in the city. One thing to point out is that there were building works going on meaning that the underground car park had a reduced number of spaces. It's worth noting that the car park is incredibly tight to get in and out of - and currently - to drive around. We seem to have been refunded for our overnight parking though, so am grateful for that.

We stayed at the Ibis hotel for a night prior to a conference. Ingrid was incredibly kind, friendly and helpful. She greeted us with humour and also provided some of my colleagues with vegan sausages! Lovely breakfast

What a brilliant stay! We arrived on a really hot day and our room was lovely and cool. The room was clean and perfect- very comfortable bed too! The ladies at the reception made us very welcome and were keen to help with advice etc. Breakfast was delicious, so much to choose from and the lovely gentleman kept checking there was enough food and clearing up - it looked spotless . Overall a brilliant stay. Thank you so much, definitely would recommend- also very very near the Hippodrome!
