All staff were very friendly and helpful. Secure car park. The room was very clean and had everything you could possibly need, cooker, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, ironing facilities, hairdryer etc. Well pleased with it. The shower in the bathroom was the most powerful shower I have ever been in. Wish I could get that power in my shower at home. There were coffee making facilities in the room too plus 2 tvs, one in the bedroom and 1 in the lounge area. I cannot fault our stay in any way. Everyone made us feel welcome. Thank you .

Service at this hotel is outstanding from the check in to breakfast. The room was great, ideal size and layout for my husband and our 2 girls. It worked brilliantly. Location was about 10 minutes walk from Moor Street Station, and had some amenities nearby. The pub on the corner was very welcoming and well located for our stay Mavis in particular was very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. She was so polite and wonderful to our girls, nothing was too much trouble even offering them a hot chocolate... at 8am Overall a very lovely stay and we will definitely be back again

A Comfortable and Enjoyable Stay in the Heart of Birmingham The hotel was spotless, and the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Although I had booked for 3 adults and 2 children, upon arrival I was told the reservation was only for 3 adults. I’m not sure whether the issue was with Booking.com or the hotel, but thankfully the staff kindly accommodated us without any extra charge — though it wasn’t the most pleasant surprise. The apartment was well-equipped, featuring two bathrooms, a shower and a bathtub, plus a fully fitted kitchen with a coffee machine, dishwasher, and plenty of utensils and cookware for five people. Everything we needed was right there. The location was also fantastic — right in the city centre, within walking distance (less than 5 minutes) to major attractions. Overall, we really enjoyed our family stay at this hotel and would definitely consider returning in the future.

From the minute we walked into the reception to book in, we got greeted by a fantastic receptionist who couldn’t have been more polite and helpful.|We went to our apartment and just wow!|You want for nothing. It is beautiful and spacious and spotlessly clean.|The beds are so comfortable so my husband and I had the best sleep.|We are staying here for 2 nights.|We will book when we come back to Birmingham. |It is half a mile from the Bull Ring shopping centre and in the middle of the jewellery quarter. Perfect location with some fabulous restaurants and pubs on the door step. |Can’t wait to return ❤️

This is the fourth or fifth time that we have stayed here. The Reception staff always give you a warm welcome that makes you feel like a valued customer. Always a smile and a hello. The rooms are great with the bed being huge and very comfy. It’s great to be able to cook your own meals and we even had a washing machine. The parking is very good and feels secure. We will stay here again. 10 out of 10.

Beautiful room, ideal with two small children - they could sleep in their own room, while we had our own space in the evening. We were able to get to the Merlin attractions in the Birmingham/Warwick area easily. The breakfast was delicious, shoutout to lovely Mavis, who made the best hazelnut latte I've ever had, and was so sweet and helpful with our children. Hope to go back and stay again!

Pleasantly surprised by our stay at stay city. The room was clean and spacious. The location was great (not far from the city centre) and the service was top-notch. Special shoutout to Mavis who was very attentive, bubbly and looked after us very well. We would definitely stay here again.
