Travelodge Birmingham Central Bull Ring

Είναι ότι πρέπει αν θες να πας για λίγες μέρες, μικρο άλλα καθαρό και σε καλή τοποθεσία στο κέντρο της πόλης από εκεί μπορείς να το έχεις σαν ορμητήριο και να δεις όλο το Μπέρμιγχαμ.Η τιμή του είναι καλή αν και εγώ πήγα για το Παγκόσμιο Πρωτάθλημα κλειστού στίβου όποτε ήταν λίγο ακριβότερα από τα συνηθισμένα.

I've always enjoyed my stays here. Friendly staff, big rooms and within walking distance of New Street station, Birmingham City centre and with Chinatown on the doorstep.|Plenty of hot water for a good shower, quiet (Room 110) and good facilities.|My one gripe would be that they have decent Tea for tea drinkers, but the coffee is very poor, I poured mine away this morning!|If they could improve that, I'd give a 5.

This is my third visit to Travelodge City Central which is not far from the Bull Ring Shopping Centre, markets, New Street Station, Chinatown, restaurants, several museums, cathedral and concert halls. The room was spotless, quietly appointed with extremely comfortable beds. The hotel has a spacious dining area and meals are generally available throughout the day with a fully serviced bar. The buffet style breakfasts were excellent with plenty of choice. Hotel staff were helpful and friendly.

I recently made a mistake with my booking and was so grateful for the support I received from Susan, the manager. She handled the situation with such efficiency and professionalism, resolving everything quickly and without any stress. Beyond that, she was genuinely kind, approachable, and went out of her way to ensure everything was sorted smoothly. A truly wonderful and helpful person – thank you, Susan!

The hotel is in a fantastic spot, right by the Bull Ring, which made it easy for me to do some shopping. Check-in was smooth, though my key card stopped working halfway through my stay and I had to go back down to reception to fix it. The staff sorted it quickly, but it was a bit inconvenient. The room itself was clean and simple, just what you’d expect from a Travelodge. Decent for a short stay.

We received a warm welcome from the reception staff. Ample towels were provided and the bathroom was clean and tidy with good pressure on the shower - lovely. All the staff was warm and friendly. However one particular person stood out. This was Rav the restaurant manager. She took time to chat with each group before seating them. She was funny and put us at ease straight away. She even made sure that we filled up our water bottles each day before we headed out. This lady deserves 7 stars for excellent service. the coffee in the room to get any sort of taste i had to use 2 or more of the packets. the pillow was lumpy the mattress was just about ok the bedding on top was dirty i went for an evening meal there a curry and i have seen bigger kids meals than what i was served and i was served so say an adult meal which had only 2 small peices of meal in it and the rice was hard. if i was into wanting to watch people undress fully then the view out of my window well lets just say i did not need to look things up on line so to speak due to appartment block over the road. the bed base reminded me of something i used to have as a kid and i am now in my late 40's and it looked same age as me.
