nice store. It’s fun to look at the products. diversity is quite sufficient. You can find many toys from kitchen utensils to toys, phone accessories to stationery. Some products are quite affordable. For example, I bought a phone holder, the price is very reasonable. The store was not busy. I was able to make my payment quickly at the cashier. This store is located on the upper floor of the train station. A colorful store. I can say that you can easily walk inside

Love popping into the store to have a look around. There’s a lot the store has to offer, and it’s hard to leave without buying anything.
There’s everything, from arts and crafts to bedroom decor, it’s the perfect place to pop into when you have some extra time on your hand.

Recently, Flying tiger added membership applications which you can find different vouchers online and use them easily! Good opportunity to find some tiny decorations or funny gifts. The discount starts from 10% since to get your membership card and it increases after each purchase.

For all the stuff you don’t realise you wanted or needed. Being forced to walk round the entire store in a zig zag is an excellent way to make you end up buying stuff you probably don’t need it’s like an IKEA masterclass.

Seriously though there are some nice products in there and they are generally reasonably priced. We always visit when in Birmingham.

It’s fun to look at the products, wide selection some items very random. Slightly disappointed with the combination lock I purchased as couldn’t get it to unlock, but perhaps its my fault.

I went in at quarter to 5 on a Sunday (15 minutes before the shop closed) to buy a giant sloth teddy for £30 as a present for my 18th birthday tomorrow! I had been leaving the purchase until the end of the day so I didn’t have to carry it around! When we went in we were greeted by extremely unfriendly staff who just said ‘we’re closed’ and even after we said we were definitely going to purchase something they didn’t seem to care. Just disappointed really…

Brilliant shop, lots of interest ornaments, candles and diffusers among other things. We often go in hoping to find inspiration for a gift or to stock up on reed diffusers! Prices are very reasonable and staff are very friendly.

Lovely shop with a wide selection of ‘weird’ and ‘unusual’ items at very good prices. Brought a Lord of the rings candle holder with the mould of a ‘Nazgul’, at only £7.50. The shop assistant (Kayleigh) was really nice, kept the shop open until I wondered around and around. Will definitely come back as I probably need more time to look at the items properly. Would recommend this shop if you are looking for a talking piece in any room.

Shop was empty when I went in. No one acknowledged I was there and the 2 members of staff who were moving displays around were slagging off someone they work with. I found this uncomfortable and unprofessional. I also asked to see something unboxed and they made every excuse under the sun not to be able to do it. As a retail manager I found this fascinating and very false. With the current climate I think this store needs some retreating tbh.

Amazing place to shop! There truly is something for everyone. Staff are fantastic. Friendly, welcoming and have gone above and beyond for me every time I’ve popped in. My number 1 spot for gifts.

It would’ve been a lovely experience however while looking through the figurines with my partner, I became slightly overstimulated and darted my head back and forth on the different figures to which the workers saw me and I noticed that they were mimicking my movements as if to mock me while also laughing while looking at me. This annoyed me as I wanted to buy a couple things however I put down the figurine I had and left the shop as I did not want to approach the workers. I hope the staff recognise now patronising and rude their behaviour was 🙁

Used to be an intresting place to go for unusual gifts. However now it just seems to be a shop for funko pops and other basic items you can buy on amazon.

I’ve visited Ivy and Rose Gifts now numerous times, and it has always been a really good experience. I quickly realised that this authentic gift shop is a hidden gem within the Jewellery Quarter, filled with unique gifts that you won’t find anywhere else.

Alex was welcoming and knowledgeable; sharing details about the inspiration and the provenance of the products. Her passion for supporting community and the craftsmanship of local artisans has been palpable; shining through each time.

I picked up a gorgeous scented candle as a gift for a friend (who loved it!), and several items for myself. The shop itself is small but beautiful and filled with lovely things. The perfect place to pick up a gift or a treat for yourself!

The Ivy and Rose gift shop is completely unique to the Jewellery Quarter, you can’t find anything else like it! Alex is so knowledgable about her products and is so friendly and easy to talk to. She never pressures me to buy and I really enjoy hearing the back stories of her local suppliers. I think it’s amazing that she’s supporting other small businesses through her gift shop! If you haven’t visited make sure to stop by. Everything is so reasonably priced and locally sourced. I plan to shop there time and time again! A few nice trinkets. Small and welcoming. If people at till that they know, chatter can ensue meaning the wait time increases.

Absolutely love this amazing card and gift shop, they always have those special cards in stock with a great range to choose from. Went in last week to get a 10th birthday card for my granddaughter, unfortunately they hadn’t got one with 10 on ( which is unusual) however the wonderful lady at the counter saved the day . She showed me a card and said she could put on the numbers for me … well when she had finished the card was perfect !!! Just looked beautiful.

I cannot recommend this amazing shop and it’s staff enough. I have been using them for a few years now for cards and unique gifts and I have never been disappointed in the quality of the customer service that I have received from them ( they really do care). The products are unique and special, not just your run of the mill card shop gifts . I went in there yesterday looking for something special for a family who is going through a tough time. The time and effort they put in to finding me those special gifts was so appreciated!

This shop is fabulous. Staff are so attentive & helpful. Sue the shop owner kindly offered to order a few christening items for me to choose from. She rang me to tell me the gifts were in stock now. I went today and the shop has some beautiful things in. Definitely recommend a visit if your looking for a special gift /cards ❤️

Nice little shop for gifts. I went in for baptism/Christening gifts but there wasn’t really much of a range at the time. They could probably do with a stock up for that particular theme.

Love this shop! It’s the perfect place to find that special gift and the staff are so helpful and friendly. I went in today to buy a gift for a friend and despite being really busy, the member of staff I spoke to exceeded my expectations and went out of her way to help me find what I was looking for, including getting stock out from the stock room (from a range not currently on display) and absolutely nailed it. I left with a beautiful gift, which I know will be loved and grabbed a few treats for myself. This place is a definite go to when visiting Harborne and we drove there especially, as I knew it wouldn’t let me down and I was right. Thank you ladies. Keep up the good work!

Lovely shop full of beautiful items. Could spend hours looking around

Such a shame as this a lovely shop with great gifts, but customer service is appalling. Lady eating crisps behind the till, didn’t notice me for a little while, and no acknowledgement that I’d been kept waiting, let alone a ‘sorry’. I made some chit-chat and was met with a stony face. Just no need for that level of rudeness. Not the first time we’ve experienced it here, but will be the last-I won’t be going back.

First time and last time … I walked into this place today with my wife the shop window display looked very appealing. We seen a few egg shaped lights that we wanted for our bedrooms , But quickly changed our minds after the customer service we received, not a single smile or hello can I help you ! we walked through the shop the place was empty. What a shame , you do have a lot of modern gifts in the shop. I think you really need to up your game with customer service and don’t judge a book by its cover !!

For special cards I’ve always gone here to support an independent retailer. Last 2 occasions, within the last week, the same email has been on the counter, surrounded by order forms and spreadsheets. I understand times are hard for retailers but they’re hard for customers too. A good morning or smile cost nothing and that’s the kind of welcome you get from the cheap and cheerful chain card shop over the road. Not sure I’m prepared to pay a premium for lacklustre service.

Do not go in this shop, the owner and his wife are dishonest he scratched my watch with a Stanley knife and fitted a battery that didn’t work, he refused to even change the battery for a working one. If you go here you will be ripped off.

I went there to just change my watch battery, the old man and woman in this shop asked for £20. The old man keeps pressing the cover on the hands and breaks the watch hands. As soon as I left the shop, I found my watch stopped and the hands are not moving smoothly as usual. This due to wrong pressing during battery change. I back to the shop to ask to repair or return my money they don’t agree and denied that they caused this damage, thus I lost my Cerruti1881 watch that was working properly before. Lost my watch plus £20 because of this greedy old man.

I gave my watch to these people a few months ago and went back repeatedly to be told come back Thursday I went week after week to now be told they haven’t got it ..it weren’t the price of the watch it was the principal they lie threw there teeth please avoid this place him and his wife are not honest ..stay away people

Customer service is really bad. And the owner is very rude. Showing racism. This is really ridiculous. Me and my friends went to buy gift and I was speaking with my mom over the phone suddenly one man came and asked me to leave the shop I was confused and questioned him why so? He was like am the owner of this shop so am want you to leave the shop. I was really felt bad. Because am Indian he wanted me to leave shop. He was very rude to me literally he came behind me like hitting. Am an international student in coventry university. I really got hurt and stressed a lot am gonna file a complaint against him and his shop. Plz support me.

I go in this shop every time i am in Birmingham , it Always has something New , or a cool collectable , staff are very polite and Helpful , the prices a little high , but theirs no competition with other shops for what they stock very good selection of Air weapons , and Knives a tad over priced but given the shops in the middle of a city , there not that bad . in all a Great shop not to be missed *** out of 5 .

I have to say the product is outstanding as is the customer service. Nothing was ever to much trouble even in these trying times the customer is always a priority.

So, I ordered again. And to my great delight, I received a free led light base too. I tough this could no longer be enhanced, but it could. The effect is fantastic! I can even see the texture of the dress too. Beautiful!

Ordered a product 2 weeks ago, still not arrived even after 3 phone calls telling me that it was getting sorted. 1 lady did get back to me and reassured it would be delivered by the end of the week and still no package. Very poor service.

Great service and advice prior to order being placed. Result was exceptional considering low pixel count of photograph. Would use this company again for sure.

Absolutely fantastic service. They perfectly managed to convert a 2D image to 3D engraving, giving us a perfect memento. Will definitely use again.

A lovely little souvenir shop surrounded by Bournville Green. The building is gorgeous inside and out . The products they sell are a mix of local craft products and more widely available gifts. The price are pretty competitive which is nice to see. It us also near the very popular Cadbury World and the very lovely Selly Manor, so a trip here could easily be tagged onto a trip to either of those destination

Miniso is any child or even girls dram shop, all the items are so adorable in there, I wanted to buy almost everything I saw, the price it is a bit high but definitely worth it considering the characters, theirs values and popularity.

My daughter loves the Sanrio stuff in this store we normally buy the generic surprise bags. We saw they had hello kitty cones yesterday it cost a bit more then the normal one. so she ended up getting that thinking it was hello kitty and friends. Upon opening we found 3 items that weren’t even related to hello kitty very disappointed

We both love this shop, but after a little disagreement with the shop assistant and her telling me it’s ok for her to charge me 1p more than the stated price and it’s ok for them to do when they don’t have a £3.50 price ticket they can use a £3.49 price ticket instead. It’s not ok and is false advertising and against the law. The price displayed is legally the price paid. Can head office please educate your weekend staff. My issue isn’t with the 1p, but with the fact they disagree with me over the law.

Bit disappointed was excited to get a mystery bag just for it to be full of Harry Potter there was hardly no cute things like Sanrio 🙁
