I rented a car from them for 2 weeks, the price was very good, the car rental process was quick but they ask for additional documents that were not mentioned in the email (2 documents confirming the address) but that was not a problem because I had everything on my phone. Unfortunately after picking up the car I started to regret my choice. The car was dirty inside so as soon as I got home I had to clean it. During the 2 weeks I was driving the car 3 different people told me that I had a bald tire and that I shouldn't drive like that. When I returned the car I mentioned it but the guy was sure that the tire was ok... The car was returned clean and I was additionally charged for the fuel that was supposedly missing which I do not agree with. The car showed 484 miles when I got it and when I returned it and the man told me I can't look at it, I have to look at some lines... I offered to go to the station and top it up for £10 but the man in the office sneered and said my rental time had ended I was shocked and very angry because the price of fuel with them is unbelievable!!! I am very disappointed and will never rent a car from them again and I do not recommend them!!!!

We have just had the most wonderful experience with this company and their wonderful staff. Our original car booking was upgraded at minimal cost resulting in a Renault Australe for our journey from Birmingham to the Lakes and back.The quality of service including pick up and drop off was exceptional. The vehicle was in excellent condition and a pleasure to drive.

I recently rented a car from Drivalia, and I had an outstanding experience, thanks to Muhammad. I had a great rental experience, from airport pickup, until returning the car. The car was in great condition, and the staff were friendly.However, it is now a few days short of a month later, and Drivalia is still inexplicably holding my deposit (at the time of writing) this is not acceptable, especially not when I was assured that the deposit would be returned in approximately 1 week (which I also was not happy to hear). Drivalia, you need to show some professionalism and return the deposit in reasonable time.EDIT: I have contacted you through manage my booking, and hope that you will be able to resolve the issue in this case.

I recently had the pleasure of renting a vehicle with Drivalia, person on desk was Muhammad as my rental agent, and I cannot recommend him highly enough. From start to finish, his customer service was exceptional. He was not only extremely polite and professional but also went above and beyond to ensure all my questions were answered. Muhammad was incredibly helpful in guiding me through the rental process, making what could have been a stressful experience feel smooth and easy.
