currently outside spring hill Birmingham. Waiting for a car.I BOOKED an SUV online paid with credit card.Went to pick it up and watched the staff give the car I booked as an upgrade to another customer. Then told by assistant manager Aneesa Bibi that the only other car in that class was with a customer. Then told she has to go and pick up that car. She locked up the shop and told me to wait outside. I’m still here waiting. This is the most unprofessional company I’ve ever dealt with. Aneesa Bibi was rude and unsympathetic and she made me feel like it was my fault . I was not offered an upgrade and instead she makes me wait outside whilst she goes to pick up another vehicle. She’s still not back nearly 1 hr later. She’s gone to retrieve a car from another customer; then has to clean it. And wants me to wait My plans for the weekend drive to my family have been ruined.Update: I was made to wait another hour only to be threatened by Aneesa Bibi that she’s not going to give me the car. She was on a complete power trip, totally unprofessional and displayed shocking behaviour towards a customer. No apology whatsoever. Aneesa Bibi should never be allowed to work with customers her behaviour makes a mockery out of enterprise . She should not be representing an international company as she is disgraceful she should go through disciplinary for her behaviour. In addition to that 3 male members of staff watched her mistreat a customer and did nothing to help me. She even called a male from outside who claimed to be management from another branch to come and further intimidate me. He made me wait also and they kept going to the back of the store leaving me in limbo about whether I’m getting a car. Aneesa Bibi behaviour was abusive, exploiting her position and ego driven. At no point was I abusive or threatening despite the awful position Aneesa Bibi put me in .I have recordings of all the conversations as evidence which will be going to head office.

Have used this branch for nearly 10 years. Good location coupled with the BEST staff l have seen in any Enterprise branch. I have dealt with many staff here, and Scott was the manager here around 2017, and he was good. Additionally, the staff now are straightforward and easy to do business with, such as Hamza and Izzy. I would recommend this branch of Enterprise car hire to all. Keep up the good work guys, and God bless you .

Excellent customer service but rubbish cars the cars had engine management lights on plus the front seatbelt wouldn’t work not clicking

Got a hire care in line with my insurance claim, should’ve been no charges on my end. When I returned the car was told everything is fine and there are no charges, next day got a charge on my card for £50. I been chasing these guys back and fourth about this charge and despite being told that it would be rectified by the manager and various other staff members (was told that I would get a call back on it), it was never solved. One month later, I still follow up with weekly calls and am still being told that they will solve the issue and nothing. Besides Izzy and the guys outside who provided the onboarding, everyone else basically just lied to me. Wouldn’t ever use them again just due to the false promises and unwarranted charges. Use a different location if you can!
