Great service from Sanj and team at BHX car was excellent booked for E class and received a very well specced E class AMG line in comparison to enterprise who were trying to give me an estate Volvo to take to a wedding even though I'm from Walsall I'd rather deal with europcar at bhx than the other local rental companies.Will look forward to booking again

Pick up and drop off location is easily accessible and car be reached by foot from the airport Birmingham. The staff members are super nice and friendly, and despite the lovely gentleman being all by himself at pick up on Saturday morning (his colleague had a broken down car and was running late), he kept his calm, cool, and nerves! He was still smiling, apologetic and thankful. He made sure that for my road trip through Wales I had the correct size of car and the best insurance. I highly recommend Europcar.

Very easy pickup and drop-off process, everything was very smooth. The counter staff was also very helpful and accommodating. The car that we got was a slight upgrade for the same price, so that was nice. And the car itself was very clean from the in- and outside. I would recommend europcar as a car rental option when visiting Birmingham.
