We had a very bad customer experience. The woman at the counter was not able to verify the driver, but the way she conveyed was not acceptable. The same driver was verified at Enterprise agency the very next hour and we were able to rent the car from there. She was not willing to talk to the agent from booking.com.

She was not willing to talk to the agent online from where we booked it and was rude to us. We went to enterprise agency nearby on the same day where my address was verified within 2 minutes and able to rent a car.Please respect your customers.
