IMO Car Wash

Today,I had my car washed at your facility. After the wash was completed, I noticed that my car was still dirty. When I brought this to the manager’s attention, I was told that there was nothing more he could do, and that I would need to pay again if I wanted my car washed a second time. When I mentioned that I would leave a negative review on Google, he simply responded that it was not a problem and that I should go ahead and do so.I don't advise anyone to go wash their car there

When I mentioned that I would leave a negative review on Google, he simply responded that it was not a problem and that I should go ahead and do so.I am extremely disappointed by both the quality of the service and the unprofessional customer care. I expect a response and a fair solution, as this is not what I would expect from a professional car wash.

I’ve been coming here for many years now it’s getting worse and worse with the cleaning. The car is never get clean. I come regularly every once or twice a week because I’m a taxi driver. I always buy a triple foam wash the drying part never works either properly. I’m really sorry to give the review but it’s not very good place to go anymore. I only go because I’m close to it now I have to go for a hand car wash.

They are very sneaky with thier pricing, I went and asked for a £5 wash he said ow it won't wash your car properly it's abit to dirty pay more and they kind of trap you as you have to reverse back around the curve, cars are suppose to be dirty aren't they ? and he tried charging me more, normal car washes charge £5 a wash, I told him no and reversed around the curve and left, went to a proper hand car wash.Be very careful with these guys their very sneaky

Best car wash fast and easy time saving been using it past 10 years never had any problem. The guys are very polite. I would highly recommend to use this if you want to save time.
