AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Just had my m4 g82 cleaned here. The Car has recently had a very expensive wrap put on. I usually don’t let anyone clean my car, but saw some very expensive cars there so was convinced. I’ve just driven out of the shadows of the bullring, and the wrap is ruined. Unlike paint, wrap can not be paint corrected. I have made the stupid mistake that will cost me a lot of money. Hoping people read this so they don’t have to. I can’t even get in touch with them because the Birmingham brand doesn’t have a number and the contact page doesn’t work.

I had shattered glass in the car. I paid £300 for the machine polished, top vallet, clay bar and a ceramic coating. They did an amazing job. They even got every spec of glass off my carpets, even the sticker residue from my past car decals. No more tiny scratches either. It looks like a new car

Very disappointed with the customer service here. Specifically a man called Mr Naveed. Very condescending when I told him I wasn’t happy with the service for the £100 valet. My carpets were soaking wet inside. Not sure what they cleaned my windows with, but it was so terrible I wasn’t able to drive home. I need to take it to another person now to fix the atrocious job.

I was very happy to begin with in terms of the service they sold before they took my car keys, I was looking forward to a clean car ‘near to factory reset’ apparently. However, upon inspection there were smudge marks all over my car, and white speckles which he claimed was my car but it was actually the residue of whatever they left because I could rub it off. Water inside my windows, where even 6 hours later I’d put them up and down to get rid of the ‘steam’ they would come back up soaking wet.
– dust on the roof
– door handles black and dirty
– smudge marks and finger prints everywhere
– they didn’t even remove the old air freshener and replace it with a new one.

I told ‘dileep’ the guy that took my car keys, that I would empty the boot out and put my random bits and bobs in a bag, he said don’t because we will do this for you & throw away what we think is rubbish and leave the important stuff in a bag. I said are you sure, he said yes of course. They will detail clean your car. I said that’s wonderful I’m looking forward to it.

I come back to my boot with the rubbish in the same way I left it, and just soaking wet, the mud/dirt wasn’t even cleaned.

After speaking with ‘Mr Naveed’ who wouldn’t provide me with his name at first & was very very rude about it which I managed to eventually get it from a colleague of his, I was left distraught. He mentioned that it was my fault for not being clear. No, I’m sorry he wasn’t the one that dealt with me to begin with so how would he know what I mentioned. The, when I mentioned the smudge marks annd the white he said we didn’t focus on the exterior we focused on the interior. So I mentioned the mess left on the interior, to which he responded we washed it & cleaned it but you didn’t ask for a deep clean. Which I did, I paid an additional £25 from the initial £75 required to get a beautiful clean inside too. For that type of money which I’m sure just about covers his days wage, he would be pissed off too.

Admitted he offered to give me a voucher to come back another time, but I live an hour and a half away, I don’t come to Birmingham often. So I refused, I said I would like a partial refund at least as this looked like the work of a £5 hand car wash. (Pictures provided). I mentioned partial because I understand products were used and time was put in.

When he did give me the money, he treated me like a beggar the way he put the cash in my hand. Took out a little bit from his pocket and counted £50 to put in my hand. He shouldn’t be so judgmental though, because you don’t know the wealth of your customers. If I received good service and it was worth £100, I would’ve probably tried to make it a regular thing & even paid more because I know it would’ve been worth it. But I now will
Make sure my friends & my personal colleagues avoid this place because it’s just a waste of time & cash.

I tried to give the cash he handed to me to his colleague and I mentioned he could put it in a charity box because I’m not a beg or a charity case. Absolutely pathetic behaviour & saying he would sue me because I wasn’t allowed to take a picture of him after he verbally abused & belittled me, treated me like I was a poor case just because I complained which I have every right to do. I deleted it in front him, but legally I am allowed to take pictures and videos for my own protection.

This has left me traumatised and extremely annoyed! If he dealt with the situation in a more professional manner and with respect I would’ve just let it be.

Visited in the 26th July. Booked my car in for a full valet. Thought it was on the expensive side but assumed it’d be a really good – I had already given the seats a floor a really good vacuum a few days earlier but my car could do with a full wash inside and out. I was told to come back three hours. The outside looked beautiful. The inside looked clean but didn’t smell ‘clean’. If anything there was a slightly strange odour. Never the less I sprayed a bit of air freshener and went on with my day. It wasn’t until using the boot on the Monday that I realised that it had been completely missed. I have two dogs so the boot had hair in it – this looks like it hadn’t even been looked at. I can only assume that they have wiped the dashboard and then don’t nothing else inside of my car. I took pictures of the boot and have tried contacting through their website but have been ignored. Very disappointing.

Fantastic customer service from start to finish. My experience with these guys has been amazing. A huge shoutout to the guy in the shirt and tie and jacket. I do apologise for not catching the name but his service has been fantastic. Car looks amazing. I highly recommend.

I’ve been here a few times before — usually it’s a solid “you get what you pay for” situation. £18, quick clean, nothing to rave about but nothing to complain about either.

This time though? It’s like they forgot to clean the inside. The outside and seats looked decent, mats looked okay… until you dared to look anywhere else. In between the seats? Cup holders? Door pockets? Under the mats? boot? Absolutely disappointing. Even the door seals looked like they’d been through a dust storm.

Booked my car in for the front grille colour change from silver to black and to wrap the rear taillights in March, 2025.

Easy booking process. Very good communication and swift and prompt responses.

On the day, he took a look at the car and told me that the wrap would not be suitable for my car grille. Instead of doing it anyway to make money out of me (as most car specialist/ mechanics do, he said he does not want to do it because he feels the job will not be what I am paying for as it could easily peel away over time due to the shape and design of the grille.

Instead, he wrapped the headlights and taillights. Done an amazing job for a discount price.

I went to Byron with a very ambitious ask to transform a car for an event. Time was tight and I was personally not at all experienced in doing this type of thing.

They started with a full inspection of my car and Byron gave honest, professional advice on exactly what was needed. We even decided to add some extras, like wrapping certain parts of the vehicle that had suffered UV damage, especially on the night pack areas.

I looked at three other local shops, but decided to go with Byron. He’s was the only one told me the limits of vinyl and what shouldn’t be wrapped by vinyl.

The whole process took four days to complete. I was updated by the end of each day with photos showing the progress. On the collection day instead of handing over the van first thing in the morning, Byron and his team took time to make sure the final finish was as good as it could be.

The final result was to my eyes perfect. But Byron would only give himself a 90% score which to be honest is as good as it goes. I was told how the vinyl wrap would move ever so slightly in the coming weeks. So another appointment was booked straight away to check on the wrap after two week and a complementary wash…

I can’t recommend TopWrapz enough. Byron is a proper car enthusiast. And he’s passionate and proud with his job, at the same time a super honest person.

Such a good experience. They were so careful with the car and made sure the car was clean top to bottom. They were all nice and friendly and the job they do is so much above their cheap prices. Their quality of work is the best and I would tell everyone to only wash/clean their cars here!!!

I usually come to this car wash and their service is most of the time good. But today the customer service wasn’t quite there! There was a young lad who was washing my car, and didn’t even do a decent job. He kept shouting in his language amongst his employees and from his body language it was quite obvious he wasn’t happy with cleaning my car. There was another colleague who had a few times shouted at him and had pointed out the dirt he has left on my car too to which he was waving his arms about and blaming the car when he hadn’t cleaned it properly! I never complain about things like this but today it was just not a great experience. I don’t think I’ll be returning after this and I’ve been a customer since 2013!! Shoddy half job and actually complaining to me that the car was too much. There was tree glue, leaves and regular dirt which comes into the car with your feet. It used to be a quality car wash, I cannot say the same for it now.

Working in the motor trade myself, I know how rare it is to come across genuine, efficient service. Unfortunately, today I found a nail in the tyre of my brand-new Audi. Luckily, I wasn’t far from this garage. I was greeted by Tahir, who was incredibly helpful from start to finish.

He quickly carried out a puncture repair and, without being asked, checked and adjusted all my tyres to the correct pressures. His attention to detail and professional attitude were second to none. Thank you, Tahir truly appreciated!

I was served today by Tahir. He gave me a great price for 2 front tyres and offered me a drink while I waited. He talked me through the whole process and was very efficient. Very friendly place.

Went in today after being recovered on the motorway with a flat tyre. Absolutely brilliant service. Went out of their way to get the required tyre as they didn’t have it in stock, and repair the van. All the staff were really friendly and helpful.

The service has worsened, not like it used to be. Now every time I come here i have to point them at least one thing which missed to clean or hasnt cleaned properly. Have to ask them to even vacuum seats properly. Prices are higher than other nearby wash places and no efforts in cleaning process.

Terrible Terrible Terrible!!! These guys are the worst car wash play I had ever seen. Absolutely terrible. They have no idea how to do a simple car wash. Please avoid this please. Go somewhere else.

Best car wash in Birmingham hands down. The speedy service and pristine finish is unrivalled. I am very particular with car washing etc but i have never been able to fault the wash and I’ve been coming for over 5 years +. The best thing is that they open from 9am till midnight 7 days a week (most times). Price has gone up from £5 to £6 since last week but for a full snow foam, hand wash, jet wash and then a rinse dry and tyre shine all for around a fiver is absolutely marvellous.

I took my small car not expensive to this car wash , thy broke the mirror on
sun shades and hide under the site. Luckily I noticed it and called the manger, he had no shame but tell me I brought my car like when in fact they broke it . I will never take my car to this place. don’t live your car , stay close to your car and watch. They are not even good at cleaning.

Absolutely rubbish. In the start they say they will do 15 pound wash and in the end demand 20 pounds saying we did a good clean of the seats which was actually included in the 15 pounds. Avoid this place.

The guys at the car wash did a great job washing & vacuuming my car. They offer different choices of valeting.

Awful service.
I went in for a jet wash, literally less then a minute rinse with water only around the vehicle and I was told it would be £7. When I tried to argue that their “Hand car wash” is advertised for £6 and he’s trying to charge me £7 for a quick jet wash, the boss man had the nerve to say “OK, best I could do is £6”.

Disgusting experience! They treat and speak to women like they are something on their shoe! Very aggressive, surrounded a woman shouting at her over a misunderstanding! Which was their fault! I would avoid using at all costs, especially if you’re a female and never go alone if you do! Appalling behaviour from the men and the man in charge! A passer by had to intervene as they were surrounding and shouting at a young lady, in their language, who was very scared and upset because she didn’t understand. All she asked was to let her speak. They wouldn’t let her speak a word! Appalling and should be closed down!

Visited on a Sunday for car wash and interior wipe. I didn’t have to wait for long. The car was clean in and out, satisfied with the quality of service. They accept only cash, and the ATM machine charges you for withdrawal, so make sure to carry cash with you if you plan to visit.
I’d recommend Five star car wash. Would definitely visit again.
