Tom in the body shop is amazing and has great customer service and communication skills. I bought a car and it was side swiped by someone 2 months later. I was very upset. We were charged for an oil change due to our warranty being tied to another dealership (the dealership we purchased from). Our first two oil changes were done at this dealership and apparently paid for by someone at this dealership so we were unaware they weren’t covered here. Now all of a sudden, at our 3rd oil change appointment, we are told we have to pay. While we do appreciate someone taking care of the costs of the first two oil changes, we still should have been told that our warranty wasn’t honored at this dealership. Because this is a high performance vehicle, driving the extra 20 minutes to the correct dealership is considerably less expensive than paying outright for the oil change.
