I decided to go with UKSKIN as they had good reviews, a good selection of images of the procedure to show their work and competitive pricing.First, I had to send photos of my earlobe (20mm stretching that’d had a blowout and never recovered) which the team then shared with the Dr to check that they were happy to go ahead with the procedure.Once confirmed, I had to fill out medical forms and payment details to reserve my appointment. As I live an hour away from the clinic, I opted to have the consultation and procedure all done at the same time.I received a text and courtesy phone call prior to the procedure and was made to feel very welcome when I arrived on the day. There are a few parking spaces out front for customers but be careful as it’s a busy road and can be tricky when you leave.Dr Rajive and the medical team were all very friendly, professional, explained anything I had any questions and concerns about. I was quite nervous but they soon made me feel at ease.After going through everything in my consultation, the procedure was fairly quick - around 30 minutes. My ear was numbed and a cover loosely placed over my face. They played music, there’s artwork to stare at on the wall and they kept checking that I was ok throughout.I was shown the finished result, then cleaned up and my earlobe was covered in some protective gauze and tape. The Dr gave me a sheet of instructions and emergency contact information and went through this with me.I then made my way home, returning a week later to have my stitches removed. The nurse that did this was also very nice.It was an expensive treatment but something that had been bothering me for a long time so definitely worth the investment. I’m so glad I went ahead with it and I couldn’t recommend UKSKIN enough. I’m already feeling much more confident in myself, so thank you for doing such an amazing job. My therapist's name is.Laura,At that time, when she saw my tattoo for the first time, she suggested that I buy a tattoo cleaning package for 8 times, and firmly told me that our instrument is the best one to clean it completely for you, and also told me not to drink, smoke or take antibiotics and cholesterol after cleaning. I did what Laura.said seriously, and told me in the customer service return visit that my tattoo could be completely cleaned. I really believed what she said. However, when I went to the institution for the fourth time, I asked Laura.and she told me that it was not necessarily completely cleaned, which was completely different from the first time, and I was impatient at work. The last time I cleaned my tattoo on November 20, 2024, the black part was still obvious.Laura.asked me to buy the set meal again. I think this is cheating consumers by seeking customers' money. It has been two years since the first deposit of 25 pounds has not been returned to me, and I have reminded you many times. Very comfortable clean and welcoming environment, feels like a 5 star hotel in the waiting room. Everyone I met from reception, nurses to the surgeon himself were professional and very pleasant to deal with. I was treated with compassion and respect which was miles ahead of my experience with the NHS. Relaxing chilled music played during the procedure and a TV to watch with beautiful beach scenes a very good distraction. The results from histology were turned around quickly and I was again advised of my results with compassion and sent all the information in a clear format with a copy forwarded to my GP. The surgical wound itself was neat and no issues with recovery 2.5 weeks on.
