Thank you for your response. I appreciate you taking the time to clarify the situation regarding my visit. However, I still feel that the outcome was not what I expected. While I understand the challenges with my hair condition, I believe the service I received did not meet the professional standards I had anticipated.
She saw my hair at the start, and I told her the color I wanted, to which she replied, “That’s fine, I will do that.” However, given that my hair was already bleached, she should have had the knowledge to make a judgment that I would not receive the color I was asking for. The attitude I perceived during the service also contributed to my dissatisfaction, and I felt that my concerns were not addressed appropriately.
You mentioned she didn’t charge me extra ,however that’s not true. She charged me £18 extra.

Extremely unreliable, every other week the laser machine breaks down and has to go into repair, which in the space of 6 months, I have had 3 appointments cancelled, which has ruined the progression of my treatment. Awful awful AWFUL.
Luckily I got my refund which I demanded – the best thing about this place. I also didn’t get one word of an apology from the manager, and when I asked why, I got the response “we’ve given you a refund, what else do you want”. Just goes to show the value of customer service – THERE ISN’T ANY.

And the last thing is that I was very surprised to see that they didn’t use some moisturising cream to help the skin heal which I got everywhere else . I’m still in pain (which is probably normal). Long story short this salon might be good in doing some basic waxing but nothing extra that requires loads of professional knowledge on this field . Very unhappy and definitely not returning! (Giving 2 stars because the lady was friendly and accommodating).

I would give Jo 10 stars if I could. She’s amazing. When I first came, I had literally no eyebrows due to them falling out/being thinned down too much by other ladies.
However, she assured me she would bring them back. Gave me the best advice on what to do at home and set new goals upon every visit. Always so patient and calm. Now, 6 months later, I have nice, long, beautiful eyebrows A very happy customer. Most importantly, Jo responds to text messages within an hour. she’s always there when my eyebrows need some TLC.

My eyebrows were not the best as I had been to loads of different threaders and they were all doing something different each time.
She threaded my eyebrows and told me that I needed to grow them out as the length wasn’t even.
Grew them back and now they look fab. I always get compliments on them.
Also had some body waxing done.
Private room and she made me very comfortable.
