Exceptional Experience- I have previously dealt with Solicitors and firms whereby you are waiting days for a response. From the initial enquiry to the day of the appointment I was kept informed.We arrived just before our appointment time, and Rachel came to see us. I am writing this review to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the services provided by CHRIS ALLEN JONES at THE WILKES PARTNERSHIP BIRMINGHAM OFFICE My experience has been marked by poor communication, ignored emails, and a blatant disregard for the Solicitor Code of Conduct.From the outset, the lack of responsiveness to my emails and inquiries has been staggering. It seems that once payment was secured, any semblance of customer service vanished entirely. Numerous attempts to seek clarification and updates on my case have been met with silence, leaving me frustrated and in the dark about the progress of my legal matters.Furthermore, it has become apparent that the Solicitor Code of Conduct, a set of guidelines designed to ensure ethical and professional conduct, has been blatantly ignored. The duty to act in the best interest of the client, maintain transparency, and provide competent representation has been neglected in this instance.The lack of customer service and transparent communication creates an environment that prioritizes financial gain over the client's best interests. It is disheartening to feel like a mere source of revenue rather than a client deserving of respect, clear communication, and competent legal representation.I urge CHRISS ALLEN JONES and THE WILKES PARTNERSHIP to reevaluate their commitment to ethical standards, client care, and the principles outlined in the Solicitor Code of Conduct. My hope is that this feedback prompts a necessary reassessment of the firm's practices and fosters an environment where clients are treated with the professionalism and respect they deserve.futhermore, even though I complained about their service, literally nothing was done about it Aaron the case handler, threw it back in my face, stating the case was handled correctly, (please do your research before choosing any solicitor firm)Careful what reviews you see, do your own research don't just look at the reviews
