Incredibly rude and impatient customer service. The receptionist is perfectly fine and amicable, however her colleague is unhelpful for no reason. Don't expect them to call you back, if you need a product or answer it looks like you have to drag it out of the "expert" just for him to consistently try to end the call with no real resolution for you. This service has been incredibly poor and no less than a waste of time. Shop elsewhere.

I accidentally ordered a wrong replacement remote from here via their ebay (totally my fault!) but the staff were extremely helpful and helped me get this resolved very easily with no problems. Avoid this at all cost, especially if using their eBay account "cherrypickelectronics " which is what they use as their seller ID. Still awaiting to receive a full refund, which to date has not happened as they claim "I am so sorry i cannot do refund as i really have not received the item" despite it being signed for at their address, which is confirmed by the tracking code. Total fraudsters.
