I just wanted to take a moment to share some feedback about the exceptional service I received from Patrick today. He arrived promptly and had my Coca-Cola fridge up and running within the hour—efficient, professional, and clearly very skilled. What really stood out was his friendly attitude and attention to detail. He explained the issue clearly, worked swiftly, and made sure everything was spotless before he left. It’s rare to see that level of care and expertise combined, and it made a real difference. Excellent service, can out and diagnosed the issue with my fridge and helped source the part. Came back once the part had been delivered, he was running later than expected but kept in contact to update us on arrival time, and got on with the job and completed it quickly. All up and running and a much cheaper option than replacing. Would happily recommend.

Rang Patrick at 10am Sunday morning, he rang me back straight away with his call out fee( very reasonable)and said he would be able to attend by 3pm latest same day. Within 5 mins he found fault and fixed it, very polite and professional, would highly recommend. Thanks Patrick

Patrick was very professional, prompt and resolved issues with my freezer quickly. I appreciated the hassle free experience and will keep details on file in case we ever have any other future issues with any of our other products. Patrick is extremely professional and friendly, he arrived on time and diagnosed the issue within minutes of arriving. He provided me with great advice and within a few hours my problem was resolved.
