Washing machine lock broken so went to buy a machine and told him what happened. Could have taken my money £ but said that’s an easy fix so for £30 I fixed my lock and even sent instructional videos how to do it. Service first class and the honesty is refreshing to see. Couldn’t do enough to make sure my experience was a Good ☝️ one.

Had a problem with my Dyson called and asked for advise told to bring vacuum in for him to look at and was fixed within 5 minutes Great service very helpful very friendly would highly recommend!

I was in desperate need of getting my vacuum repaired as my daughter suffers from eczema and her routine involves in keeping my house clean on daily basis from dusting to using the vacuum in her bedroom as she wakes up every morning with her skin flaking. After ringing around a couple of repair centres in need of fixing my VyTronics vacuum – I came across this place not only are they professional they were very efficient in keeping me informed as to whether they will be able to fix my vacuum or not before starting the job, they gave me a quick quote and also showed me the problem.

Looking for an unusual hose fitting for my tumble drier drain. They didn’t have one but they really had a good look and gave me some great advice on where to look and some epoxy putty which helped me do a temporary repair.

Great customer service and helpful attitude, will definitely use if and when my washer needs repair, I’d trust them to do a proper job.

Paul was excellent! Came round to see what the issue was, worked it out & costed up what it would take to fix it. He then came round and quickly completed the fix of our oven, which is now working as good as new! His work cost far less than a new oven, which was our alternative. First excuse was parking in City Centre, once we had established we had parking right outside our place that was ours the excuse was that he don’t repair Indesit. Lazy, rude.

My Landlady referred me to Paul as my oven had power but would not operate. He managed to diagnose over the phone that the problem was with the timer being set to auto. Having never used this brand of oven before, I had already downloaded and followed the instructions to cancel the auto and reset the time. The instructions were incorrect but Paul very kindly talked me through the cancel & reset procedure and Bingo! It was fixed.

Excellent service, can out and diagnosed the issue with my fridge and helped source the part. Came back once the part had been delivered, he was running later than expected but kept in contact to update us on arrival time, and got on with the job and completed it quickly. All up and running and a much cheaper option than replacing.

Called Dave on a whim on Friday evening, explained the problem and that me and my partner were working all weekend. He offered to come over the following morning before I left and fixed the machine straight away. 12 hours from enquiry to completion is pretty good in my book and saved me a fortune on buying a new machine.

I’m happy with the phone conversation with Dave. I called him yesterday because I needed someone to fix my tumble dryer. He was not available to pick up my call. Shocking attitude. Won’t come to Birmingham but lives in Birmingham. Don’t bother yourself ringing him. “I’ve got so much business I don’t need your custom”. He’s worrying about bus lanes, if you can’t navigate a bus lane then I wouldn’t trust you to fix a washing machine.

Leo was brilliant. We called him as our washing machine had stopped working. E08 error. He was able to fix it, saving us from buying a new machine. We called Friday morning needing someone to help fix out our Miele washing machine. Ben turned up in the afternoon, was friendly as and within an hour and a half had it all fixed and sorted. Would happily use Domestica again because the efficiency and service was top notch.

I rang Domestica and explained that I thought an oven heating element had failed. I have then the oven model number and they offered me two options for replacement elements. They fitted the new element the following day and the oven is back working.

Brilliant professional and friendly local service in Moseley. I had been let down by previous dishwasher repair men I’d found online who didn’t find the cause of the fault with my dishwasher. I then engaged the services of Domestica who were reliable, found the root of the problem and sourced me a replacement dishwasher which they price matched to John Lewis and I’m very happy with.

We used Domestica to fix our oven and then following that our tumble dryer. The service was second to none. They were both efficient and friendly. Clearly knew their stuff and sorted our problems out without fuss or complications. Drove 25 minutes to get a dyson to be inspected that was cutting out and was met with short and quite frankly rude responses from I assume the owner, took zero time to hear my explanation of the issue and jumped to a battery diagnosis without touching the machine. Despite me trying to tell him I had already troubleshooted his diagnosis. He just wasn’t interested in listening and spoke to me like I was an idiot.

Kicker to the story his diagnosis was … incorrect and it was actually a faulty trigger causing the issue.

Horrible customer service, very high prices. They do not offer refunds. There is no cooling off period like any other company would offer. Changed my dishwasher brand, gave me a cheaper alternative without informing me. Spend just under £2500, very bad experience. After purchasing and shopping around found the same appliances for a lot lower price. Will be contacting trading standards. I was committed that my previous fridge will be removed however on the day refused and asked for additional charges to remove. Sales man committed to price match but change statement in front of owner

There was no deduction of £329. The microwave was returned and £290 was refunded. £60 discount initially given was also taken off later.
Did not accept a return of the cooker when request to return before delivery as the cost was extremely high compared to other places ended up paying £300 extra then the market

I was let down by this company.
I specifically went with them as they had the exact model/series of dishwasher I needed to replace my current one.
Well so I thought!
I placed the order and all I got was an invoice confirmation. A week latter I chased for an update on delivery. No immediate reply. Chased again the next day and they said they would look into it.
Two weeks from placing order I had to chase again and at this stage I asked if I could cancel the order (as something did not feel right) as website advertised 4-7 days dispatch time.
ONLY At this stage I was told it was no longer available as an older model. No advise on alternatives???
Disappointed that it took over two weeks for them to find this out and to inform me of this and that I had to do all the communication.
The only one thing they did promptly was give me the refund when I asked.
I went with new supplier that was suggested by the manufacturer and I had it delivered and installed within 3 days (over a weekend)
Lesson learnt

Purchased two weeks ago, did not receive any confirmation of the order in transit. Contacted numerous times on email with no response. Rung them and was told product is no longer in stock, even after my payment was taken.

Delivered my new appliance on same day removed old one even took rubbish and installed as agreed friendly service highly recommend

Incompetent Inept Cowboys Beware !
My Daughter bought a cooker from these cowboys and received such a bad service im surprised they are still trading.
They took the money for a item not in stock then proceeded to lie to her all through the fake delivery process blaming third party courier but couldn’t supply any tracking numbers or any details about delivery also they never called back when they said it was high priority at least 3 times needless to say she never got the cooker and they never seemed to care or apologised to her.

The situation made me feel uncomfortable and unsafe in my own home while their workers were present. I would strongly caution others to think twice before hiring them.
